Please allow customers to fill their reusable mugs again. If staff don’t have something to put my mug in, they won’t let me use my mug. I don’t like the waste associated with disposable cups. If I can’t walk into a Starbucks and use my clean mug I won’t go to your coffee shops which should be easy to avoid, so long as I don’t go to Denver. COVID is spread through respiratory droplets, not surfaces. When I eat at a restaurant, servers touch my dishes and glasses even after I’ve touched them. We all touch surfaces touched by others countless times per day. Why sell the reusable cups you won’t let us bring back to refill? The company will save money on disposable cups and save the environment at the same time. Win-win!

I'm not going to Starbucks anymore .I never know when they are open, I went 4 times last week 2 days they closed early and 2 days they were closed.I drive 6 miles one way to go there. I know they have a shortage of people but make a schedule using the people you have,and stick to it .last week they were closed one day so they could clean .what is wrong with the manager ??is there no supervision no management?? I'm done trying to figure out when they are open.I will miss you very much.

Soy milk isn’t always a preference. Some people are allergic to dairy. So when we get regular milk for the 3rd straight time ordering from here on top of the mountains of screwed up orders in the past, we’re never coming here again.This location used to be awesome a year ago.
Nice, roomy Starbucks with a drive-thru. Clean bathrooms and a very friendly crew. Food and coffee was typical Starbucks goodness...
