Great company to work with. Amazing support team!
I honestly expected more out of this company who seems to sell Cloudshark. I contacted them about a week ago for our company needs and was excited to try their product but was confused because their website states they are flexible which i took to mean was price flexibility which was not the case. This is fine as they have every right to control price points but the first person who reached out to me indicated that they are flexible with pricing and then the second person I spoke to, Steve, told me that this was incorrect. I contacted the original person via email expressing concern regarding being told two different things and was concerned that I was being intentionally misled. Upon this email, Steve, who now for the first time identified himself as head of sales, told me he was going to suspend my account because of my concerns and the original person was not working there anymore. I have not had my account reactivated to demo the product and have not heard from Steve since. I think Steve probably got annoyed I contacted the original person I spoke to rather than him and reacted in a rather rash way and suspended my account. Regardless, this was very unprofessional, especially for management and tops one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The worst part is that I wasn’t even a customer yet before this happened and is their response when they are trying to sell a product.
