Wandered in here in the middle of a panic attack. I was probably acting strangely but the staff were incredibly kind to me regardless. The cheeseburger I ordered tasted like very happy summer memory I ever had as a child. It really made me feel better. Thank you.
Delivery drivers most are friendly. Last couple times ordering my cheeseburger subs are frozen the sub was so watery from the half frozen burger wasnt edible. Never again deleted my account
I'm a 53 year old man. Lived in Boston and I've had some pretty good pizza in the city. BUT!!!! Your pizza is honestly the best pizza I've ever had ! Compliments to the chef and staff great job!! I'll most definitely be back again and again. Thank you!
Mediocre generic pizza with rude staff. It is usually pretty dead, even on friday nights. So if you are starving and don't want to wait for quality, this is an option. The frozen Oreida fries were good but probably much cheaper next door at Hannaford.
I am officially done with this place. Every time I order from here it takes an hour or more to arrive (this was going on even before covid) and tonight was the final straw, my food was cold. The Prices on all the food has gone up as the quality has dropped.
Normally I'd say the food is freaking great.I said normally, but not this time. Called at 12:40pm ordered a large pizza, and was told 45 minutes for delivery. 1:45 tolled around and not a peep. I then called at 1:50pm I was told it it just a few minutes away. Pizza showed up at 2.14pm. That's a long time for a pizza I got to say. I called to let them know I just got it. The owner (lady) told me thst they only have one driver she will void the transaction but next time wither pick it up myself or don't call back and order anymore. (I buy food here 2x a week.) I understand it's not an all the time thing but approx $50 a week I spend at Portsmouth Pizza Factory. For me that is alot, especially when I'm ordering at 2pm during a slow time for their convenience, and I always tip well.Honestly all you had to do was apologize. You didn't have to be rude as I wasn't rude to you.you were late. Double your quoted time. I deliver pizza for a locally VERY fast paced pizza establishment. I have never been late such as that. When you fall behind just call and let the customer know, or advertise for drivers if you only have one driver. I don't see any postings from Portsmouth Pizza Factory looking for drivers. Could have been handles better is all.
I really like this place. My family has been going there for over 5 years and I rarely to never disliked there pizza. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Otherwise, definitely go!
Never had an issue with this spot, love their food. I often get food delivered to my place of employment with no issues. It's on time and still hot! Called asking why we didn't receive our chips, and the woman's response was "they are out". I then asked why we couldn't get a courtesy call, her reply was "we are busy" I politely asked for 2 bags of what they had available and send since we paid for them. She said "ok", then hung up on me. Pretty rude considering we get food from them often would only be right to send a replacement if you're not going to call. Last time I'll spend $20 for a small sub/delivery order.
