Just want to give a shout out to whoever the closing manager and her team was tonight Sunday 3/6. My girlfriend and I had went and ordered dinner about 30 mins before closing. When we got home we realized that one of our meals was not what we ordered. We called the store and they without hesitation offered to make it correctly and we could come pick it up even though they were closed at this point. She also gave us the option to come another day but we accepted tonight because we were starvinggg and were really looking forward to what we ordered. We went back and got the food and they even threw in some extra goodies. Shhh :)
Customer service is dead...... everywhere I go people are not at work to work. No one takes pride in the job they do here.

first of all, the place smelled musty and disgusting. the lady who took my order walked up to the register and just stared at me, i ordered, and the only words that left her mouth were “insert your chip”. she brings someone else their order and says thank you have a nice day and then when she brought mine over she just set it on the counter. did not say a single word. walking out i overhear her with the next customer saying hi how are you. terrible customer service. both customers she spoke with were men. how ironic. doesn’t deserve her job. very disappointed. get it together.
Afternoon manager rude af and rushes you outa line lol she should set an example.
I ordered a CHICKEN sandwich and when I got home there was no chicken in the burger…. How do y’all forget the chicken in a chicken sandwich????
Staff is always friendly there and they get their beverages right every time!
