Great burgers, fries and shakes. Go beyond the ketchup and try their many aioli and dressings.Gluten free buns and fries, never had an issue with gluten there, except for the little cookies they give you with the bill, they are not gluten free but the staff made sure I knew that, they look so yummy... So if you can eat gluten, please have a cookie for me
My family ordered take out from Lexie’s the Saturday before Mother’s Day. Everything was good. We do not usually do a fast food type take out so this was somewhat of a middle solution. The kids particularly enjoyed the loaded fries. The burgers could stand alone on their own without condiments which is a rarity. I ordered the appetizer of brussel sprouts which can smothered in a spicy bbq type sauce- maybe a little too much as i wasn’t expecting that but still tasty. We would go again for quick bite take out. Take it to the park for a nice place to eat. There is not a ton of space at Lexie’s.
Lexie’s has a cult following among seacoast residents, so if you’re spending a day in Portsmouth (or Dover or Newburyport or Exeter) do yourself a favor and find out why! The most delicious food at reasonable prices. Service is always friendly and the restaurants have a welcoming but chill vibe.Highly recommend the strawberry lemonade if happiness is your thing!
Yummy Burgers with fresh ingredients! Friendly Staff but this location is small so you may have to wait for a seat. The strawberry lemonade is delicious.
We REALLY enjoyed stopping here for dinner! My daughter's name is Lexi, so you can see why we had to go.The food is EXCELLENT! The burgers were good and not super expensive. Be warned, there are only 4 tables in the entire restaurant. If you want to eat in, either go during an off-time (we went at about 4PM), or plan on waiting a while for a table to open up. They also offer carry out.Parking here is as restricted as the seating. Be prepared to fight for a spot or to park off sight and walk in.
First off, I'm not a fan of monster burgers, and don't want to chow down a half pound of beef in one sitting. The 4 oz. burger menu here is AMAZING. In our 2 back to back visits (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch), I chose from the "named" burger list, while my wife built her own. The prices are reasonable. The fries are thin and crispy, and the cucumber mint lemonade and strawberry lemonade, as well as mocha shakes, were awesome. There's limited seating, but it's well worth the wait.
Fabulous place! Whenever we visit Portsmouth we visit here. The burgers are delicious. A variety of different flavors to accommodate tastes. The portions are large enough without making you sickly full. My favorite are the fries; I try to get a different variety each time. The staff is always friendly. Overall I would (and have) return time and time again.
Lexie's is a really interesting restaurant. They have a creative chief who comes up with new and intriguing dishes. Huge selection of cheeses and condiments to put on your burger. What you need to try most is the Strawberry Mint Lemonade. Yes that's right! Mint!! Who would have thought mint would enhance the flavor in lemonade. It's so awesome!!!
I have been here on numerous occasions. The food is always delicious and so fresh! I love the different combinations they have for topping for you burgers. You can choose from a moo (beef), a cluck (chicken) or a veggie burger. The fries are a must! They have plain, but definitely try the others! They top them with the most delicious add ons! My favorite are the bistro fries and the spicy fries. They have great local beers, other refreshing drinks and shakes for dessert...yum! Plus you get a cute little cookie with your check.For the price and quality of ingredients, this can't be beat!
Phenomenal! The burgers and fries were delicious! My wife said her veggie burger was also very tasty. We will come back soon!
