such delicious Kaffe und Kűchen! My son found this place a few years back and every time we are in Portsmouth we have to come. Never disappointed.

Best Americano in town!!!! Beans roasted on site! Oh and the aromas!

Excellent coffee! This place is always sporting a lively bunch of caffeine junkies. It is rare you will walk by and not see a line formed in front of the counter. This is an especially great spot in the summer with outdoor seating and people watching.Definitely worth a try!

I visited Portsmouth on a whim with a couple of friends on April 2nd and were directed to this little café by another shop owner. I had a German iced coffee and a piece of cake. The coffee was so delicious, it wasn't overly sweet and it was super refreshing. The cake was light and the filling wasn't heavy either, making a fantastic pair and a great snack! If you visit the area I 100% recommend this place, staff was super friendly and its a cute environment.

PortsMouth cafe is a great creation. They are lucky to have something that's so authentic or comes close to authentic Deutsch.PortsMouth's people are very nice and civilized compared to say (Nashua, Salem, Manchester, etc ). Also, some people from Maine here were super nice.Luckily, mostly civilized, and decent people come here. Excellent sandwich. Pretty good cafe.I was driving so couldn't drink any ? ?Also, they ran out of one of my fav German/Austrian (Bavarian) things:Apfel Strudel ?

Amazing prices, great atmosphere. A real gem. If you’ve got a bit of time in the morning they’re so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend checking it out. Service was fast.Consider switching out your daily Dunks or Starbucks for this little shop.

This is my favorite place in town to go to for its small, cozy, homey vibes and super friendly staff - I’m hard of hearing and never felt treated differently in any way (which is often in other places) and are patient to repeat themselves.Typically places will have either good food or good lattes but not typically both. Here does.Has alternative milks and various delicious flavours to try in your drink, my favorite is the dark matter charcoal one which I’ve only had in Bali. They also have a variety of fresh food (I get the veggie panini often - yum) as well as pastries. Would love to see more vegan options/cheeses in the future.Affordable and they offer loyalty reward cards too.Outlets available at certain seatings but the customers there are typically also just as wonderful and will offer to share tables or exchange spots when this happens even when it’s busy.Right in town but just a few steps out of the way of the more busy tourist areas yet still can get very busy of which I’ll bring my headphones.Next to the press room for when you want to switch gears and go to a bar.

Allows using reusable coffee containers ? Both soy and almond milks are unsweetened, with upcharges less than other coffee shops (but still an upcharge….60 cents I think.) Local vibe, limited seating, and great coffee. Their drink containers are plastic so I’m glad I could use my own. Coffee only as I didn’t notice any vegan options for food.

Wonderful little place to get an espresso or hot chocolate! Definitely a high recommendation, staff is very friendly, too!

Dirty Chai was amazing! same with the blueberry scone and egg and cheese bagel! 10/10 good vibes.
