Terrible experience. Customer service is a joke here. Waited 25 minutes in parking lot after ordering pickup 40 minutes prior because they forgot the order. They laughed when I said I have been waiting. Thought it was a joke. Leep in mind not a single person was in the store getting food nor anyone pickup while I waited. Won't go there again.pizza also terrible. Appreciate spending 30 on one pizza to get garbage. Thank you joes
I was hoping I'd be able to get back to Portsmouth as I LOVED this place the last time I was here. Pizza was DELICIOUS.
I used to like this location. It was not as good as the now closed downtown Portsmouth location but still pretty solid. Pizza crust was bready and chewy. Overall taste was lacking flavor and a little oily. As you can see, the mushrooms were sparse at best. $13 for two slices and a bottle of water is really pushing it.Pizza was a 6.1 out of 10 at best.Hopefully, then can recover to what they were pre-pandemic.
My son wanted two pieces of cheese pizza for our granddaughter but they only had one. They gave us a piece of pepperoni pizza at no extra charge. My granddaughter liked the cheese pizza but was a bit uncertain on the pepperoni.
Great food! Got the Loaded Manhattan Pizza and wings. Great flavor, authentic New York style pizza. Customer service was also good. Would go back to this place.
No sauce on pizza. Too much cheese. Small amount of toppings. Not what we were expecting for a NY style pizza. Would not go back. Sorry you could do better. It was not cheap
It was just ok .friendly staff and good service but I got a steakbomb and it was just ok .veggies were raw and steak was chunky and tough .
Excellent tasting pizza and service. Feel bad for the owner because they just seem very understaffed but still made sure to accommodate every customer to the best of their ability! Employees are also very polite! Recommend the barbecue and also the Buffalo chicken pizza when you go! They also have excellent dessert, not to mention their Greek gyros!
Good as it ever was when i used to show up at 1 am downtown.
