Was sad when I called in today and was told to try calling back later because they can't even feed the people they have there. Not even upset that I couldn't order, I just came here to say that the waitresses work their tails off and are always super friendly given the stress level of the job- that they are clearly understaffed. Food is always 5 ⭐️

I called in a pick-up order. I asked for a veggie wrap no feta, and asked if I could get the $8 grilled chicken salad topper for my dog. She said she would put in for the grilled chicken sandwich with no bun. I picked up my order which came out to $18.45, and left a tip. I drove away to my next destination, and found that my wrap had plenty of feta, and the grilled chicken was covered with red seasoning. I couldn't eat my wrap, my dog couldn't eat the chicken. I called up and Michelle picked up. Said sorry about the feta, and said the chicken comes already seasoned like that (frozen?). She offered new food or a gift cert if I came back, but I was already 20 mins away, and I don't think I would want to get anything else anyways. Wish I had my 20 bucks back.
We wore masks when walking around. Employees did not wear masks. The food is always great and our waitress was excellent. While the table was wiped down ,we were not confident the salt, pepper, ketchup and other table items had been wiped down between seatings.
This is the first time I've been in this restaurant in many years. It now looks bright ad fresh and clean and updated. Our food was fresh and hot when delivered, and very good. Our only complaint was the waitress' long absences when we each needed a refill of our drinks.
Great beverage options that compliment their breakfast dishes, highly recommend checking this place out! Plenty of sitting availability for dining in whether you prefer being belly up at the bar or at your own table.
Love Hebert's it's been here since I was a kid.. go at least once every time I am home.. this time however we waited longer than even an extended wait due to staffing to order.. I guess there was a miscommunication. Not a huge thing but frustrating when other tables sat after us got checked on sooner.
We heard so much about Hebert's restaurant. We went Sunday morning for breakfast. The service was good and the food was delicious. Sundays I was told they only served breakfast. The rest of the week it's breakfast lunch and dinner. Plenty of parking.
