Horrible customer service, the staff was so rude.My review is based on the way I was treated when I came to pick up from this location. I was very patient and explained DoorDash required me to wait for both orders. The cashier was not pleased that I didn’t just take the first order to go deliver it and return for the second, the app doesn’t allow me to do that. I felt very unwelcome and didn’t appreciate the way he acted when I tried to explain. I have never had an experience like that before and won’t be returning to order for myself or family.
I usually have the "super 3 way" roast beef but heard good things about their fresh fish and chips (9.99). Yummy but hard to eat as hubby had the 3 way!!
Its been about 5 years since I went to Haps. Last time there was very disappointing. Dirty tables. Rude cashier. Cold roast beef and major attitude when I asked for extra sauce, lol! Decided I'd never go again. But yesterday I was in that neighborhood and went in to grab a meal. I'm so glad I did. The place is totally different. Apparently its under new ownership now and that really shows. The tables and floor are clean. The roast beef sandwich was nice and warm. No problem with extra sauce. ?. Fries were perfect. A totally different experience. Haps serves Greek roast beef and sauce sandwiches typical of Boston's North Shore. And once again they're doing it perfectly!
North shore quality beef, solid menu, large portions, very reasonable prices. Hidden gem near the water park on Rt. 1.
Absolutely awesome food and customer service. The owners were polite friendly and helpful. The food was great and for the price you get more than enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best roast beef north of Boston. Make sure you get the Super Beef 3-way(mayo, cheese, Jones River BBQ Sauce). It's the tastiest sandwich. I literally crave these all the time. I've been going to Haps for years. It's become a staple for locals. Give it a try. You won't be dissatisfied.
