Great burgers!!!HOWEVER, light this place up.Other then the time it closes listed on line, this place looked like it was already closed at 9pm.They close at 10pm 7 nights per week.

I love Five Guy’s burgers and fries. They’ve really improved with their food. But this One I went to a couple weeks ago has probably one of the sloppiest worker’s. 15 minutes for just a burger. With lettuce… I was really in a bind that night, and like most fast food joints usually is about a 5-10 minute wait. I get it, but having to wait 15 minutes long when you have places to be at a certain time is just unacceptable. Go to Subway, your wait is less than five minutes to get a sandwich and a drink. Like. Come on…
Pricey for a burger fries and milkshake. But....food is great, fresh and good service.
Solid burgers. Friendly staff and fresh patties. If you're getting fast food, this is probably the best option.

Had a very good meal at the Portsmouth 5 Guys. We pulled into the parking lot and ordered online. The food was ready about 10 minutes later. The restaurant was clean and neat, and the staff was friendly and professional - I even saw a smile from the counter help, which is rare these days. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! We'll be going back.
Better fast food burger than most places. When ordering online / ahead if you order fries they don't make them ahead of time in order to keep things fresh but also makes it take a little time for them to make then once you arrive.
