It's OK. Need to step it up and show aroma Joe's and starshmucks how it's done
Nothing is the same here. I don't know what they did to their coffee, but the coffee doesn't taste the same. I had been a customer of dunkins for 23 years and would rather go without than waste my money on the nasty coffee dunkins is serving these days. It is very disappointing when an establishment can barely keep the doors open due to staffing issues, but when they are open they serve that disgusting excuse for a coffee.
Hype friendly staff with great service
Hot coffee was cold and tasted liked it had been sitting there all day
The lobby was closed during the height of the covid pandemic. I picked up a coffee thru the drive thru so don't know if lobby is open yet. This particular store is always busy and with the amount of cars going thru the drive thru, I think it's fair to say the lobby is still closed.
It's not getting the order wrong that makes me upset, because everyone makes mistakes. It's that when I have to come back and politely ask to get it corrected, I get an attitude, as though I'm the bad guy for wanting my simple order correct. I used to work in customer service, and I would have been fired for treating someone that way.
My bagel was burnt to a crisp and then they took like a tennis ball size blob of cream cheese and slapped it on one side of the bagel and shoved it in the bag. My coffee was good:)
A very busy location, the coffee is always fresh. Customer service was good, I ordered on the app for the first time and coffee came up at the ready to pick up window in less than 30 seconds from order.
Cant even walk in for a mobile order and have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. The whole point of a mobile order is to avoid that. I get they may be short staffed but not sure why i cant walk it to get a coffee thats pre-ordered, not to mention their rudeness.
I totally understand how crazy the world is.. but seriously how hard is it to make a coffee???
