Sam the manager at this location has no proper customer service she thinks it’s okay to give customers attitude and get in their face all due to the fact that I declined a charlie coffee because I didn’t know what it was.

Wouldn’t let me inside to buy coffee because of “CDC Guidelines” I was in a delivery truck, couldn’t go in the drive thru. It’s July 2021, COVID hysteria is over with. The person at the counter was doing everything they could to help me but some manager hiding behind a wall made it clear he was afraid of getting in trouble. I’m done with it.
Only the drive thru gas been operational for weeks.. Are they refusing to pay wages that actually get employees in the door? So confusing.

This location is UNBELIEVABLY slow every SINGLE time.. waiting inline for 20+ minutes is ridiculous.. and 10 of that was AFTER I ordered.. The young blonde at the window doesn't talk or greet customers?? She said nothing to me as I came to the window, I was polite even after waiting that long. She looked at me scanned my phone, handed me my coffee and closed the window without saying a single word to me.... ?????
Always a good place for a quick stop and they always have a treat for my puppies. These guys are short staffed also so be patient.
