One of the most inconsistent locations. The employees turn off online ordering when thry please, they close hours early and never have the right time posted. They have legitimately cut off their walk in customers as walk in ordering is shut off always and when you call to ask they tell ypu walk through the drive through which is not only dangerous but just pure laziness
I never understood why when one particular drive thru person was working I sat in line at this dunkin for 10-15 minutes each time, while only a couple cars are in front of me. Until I decided to walk in. This one person does literally nothing, except maybe mess up orders, stand in everyones way, and complain loudly peoples about orders while all the other employees run around like lunatics to make up for his extreme lack of motivation or care. If you've been here, you'll know who I'm talking about.I ask that the owners to cut his pay by 98% to reflect his value and have an extra staff member working on days he happens to be on the schedule.
Drive through is short backs up quickly.
You will not find a more dedicated and caring Dunkin crew.
Horrific. Should not be allowed to be open. Better business bureau would have a lot to say. Shocking Portsmouth would allow such a thing. Sad.
This ONE shop was a little lacking in everything.It's still D&D. But with a poor aftertaste from the experience.

Closed early, 2:30 on a Sunday. You could update your website or put a sign up. Waited for 20mins with cars in front and behind me. Never go back ?
