I work next door and just tried to order a medium pan pizza on the phone like I've been doing for the last 10 years however I was told $14.99 if I call the pizza in and $7.99 if I order online. Double the price? Are you kidding me! Terrible customer service!
We ordered tonight and the pizza's were amazing. The delivery driver was super friendly, prompt, and professional. Kudos to the Portsmouth NH store and it's employees. You guys are GREAT!!!!!
my god, 10/10 never had such great customer service , delivery drivers are always crazy friendly, in-store team works super hard always ready to serve you greets you within seconds of walking in the door it is always ready and prepared for anything and everything! couldn’t recommend this store enough if I tried
I placed an order for 24 large pizzas yesterday for a recruiting event with work. The order was scheduled for pickup at 1130 this morning. I know that 24 pizzas immediately upon opening is a big ask, but the Portsmouth Domino's team was great and so accommodating! I had two team members reach out to confirm that my order was correct as I had to use 3 separate payment methods and it made me feel confident that we were going to have no issues. The team was hard at work all morning getting our pizzas ready on time for our event and they had such a great attitude about it! (Also.. the pizzas were delicious, as always!) Thank you so much to the Portsmouth team; our go to pizza place for any work events :)
This location has a lot of problems. Not only will they manager personally attack you for leaving bad reviews but they also don't work or do their own jobs. I called to order a delivery for a pizza and they told me no, that it was impossible. Also I literally got a phone call from a manager one day for leaving a 2 star rating and she was questioning me about why I did it and how could I. Maybe if you improved your service and actually did your jobs properly people wouldn't be complaining. Also it's extremely innapropriate to bother customers like that. Like why am I recieving threatening calls from dominoes? Truly an awful business that doesn't deserve its 4 star rating.
One of the delivery drivers stole a Nintendo switch while delivering a pizza to a friend of mine. Do the right thing and return it!!!!!!
I ordered food and I called an hour before they closed my food never got delivered it has happened many times as well to my coworkers and guests at my work!! My card also has been charged and when I called and expressed that my card had gotten charged they put me on hold and then hung up on me!!! I’ve worked in customer service for years this is completely unacceptable! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION LATE AT NIGHT!!
I ordered before midnight, my food went out for delivery, and I never got it. When I called I fix this mistake, assuming they were overworked on the holiday, the woman who picked up the phone proceeded to yell at me telling me if I really wanted my order it would take an hour and a half, which I said yes continue making to. My breaking point was when the woman on the phone told me a LIE, where they couldn’t take cash orders over $40, when online it clearly states $50 means you needs to pay with cash. When I tried to exclude the woman on the phone and ordered online again, the woman CANCELLED my order. Order from any dominos but this one, bc you can’t count on this branch.
98% on time and exactly what I ordered. Been ordering from them for the better part of 2 decades. Always friendly service.
They charge me for sauce that I didn't ask for it . I ask for hand tossed pizza and I got a thin crust burn at the edges .
