I went to Portsmouth, NH. Chipotles for the (Buy One Get One Free) hockey shirt promotion. We were the only ones in there. I was denied due to my shirt wasn’t “Jersey” enough for them.So we went to the Stratham Chipotles and they had no problem with it.All these employees are making double, what they were two years ago and we’re getting half of the service. Just one disappointed hockey fan’s opinion.

Wasn’t crowded at all, dinning room was like 1/3 full, only 2 people in front of me, and plenty of workers but no chicken. Walked out and had to find somewhere else to go for dinner.

This Chipotle blows. I asked for a chicken quesadilla and they gave me a cheese one with chicken on the side. They’ve messed up orders before. Go to the Newington one

I WOULD NOT GIVE ANY STARS!! Website says they’re open til 10 pm. I went there a few minutes ago and the doors were locked!!! Fully staffed and doors locked !! No signs ! NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT!!!I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!! EVER!!!

The food is great, but the hours are driving me crazy. I won’t pack a lunch for work because it says it’s open, yet when you go there. They aren’t. Today I checked the app before work and said they were open at 10:45. I went on the app to place an order and now says they aren’t open until 4. Once again missing out on lunch. I just wish they would have SOMETHING to reflect their hours ACCURATELY because clearly google AND their app are never correct.

Don't even bother trying to get food there. It says they are open online and I am looking at it right now. They are closed!!! At 1 pm on a Saturday. If you're not open now, when are you open?PS this is the 3rd time this has happened.

By far ~ the most unprofessional Chipotle location I've ever visited. The teenagers working are way more concerned about locking the front door 5 minutes before closing (their kitchen clock is also set fast) than cleaning the dining room or waiting on the customers they do have. Overflowing trash containers, no napkins in the 4 dispensers they provided in the dining room, dirty tables in need of wiping down, food littered on the prep counter and into other neighboring containers. Not sure how it happened but there were food scraps even at the Point of Sale. Whatever you do, don't ask for a corporate number to voice your concerns. They will act like they don't know it (for a full 5 minutes) and then write a fake number on a post it note. As I was leaving, an employee (was it Abby, Max or Jack?) called me a B#%@H. He waited for me exit of course ~ as he knew I would be locked out. I will never give this location my hard earned money again. I am not sure I can trust a Chipotle anywhere if their employees have not been trained properly in the basics of guest service. If I can't trust these children to act appropriately in this line of business, I certainly can't trust them not to give me food poisoning.

Nothing good about this location. Absolutely disgusting. Garbage piled up, dirty tables, filthy floor. Staff standing around doing nothing. They were out of fajita veggies, salad dressing and forks. And to top it all off, there was a hair in my bowl. ?Would not recommend to friends.

Worst service EVER! Store was supposed to open at 3pm. Staffed showed up at 3:05, 3:10. Waited until 3:20 and was told it would be another 15 minutes. All the people left, walk in, order on line and door dash. Get it together Chipotle. Keep it up and you will be closed in less then six months.

Terrible hours & inconsistent!! I understand we are working with a labor shortage but they could at least change hours online when closing earlier so that people don’t drive out of their way to go there. Drove from the Dover one thinking that this location would be open but I guess all locations decide to close early when they want. Guess i’ll have to skip out start going elsewhere.
