I remember when friends or family would come into town and this would be the place you took them out for a laxed meal to. Recently my wife and I would make this our Friday night go to while our daughter was out with her grandparents so we could untangle after a hectic week. I regret to say that this past Friday offered an experience that will keep me from ever going back to this place with my family and friends, and for the care and respect I have for others I will no longer recommend this business either. Customer service, phone discipline, cleanliness, and quality are major areas of needed attention. I have traveled to many businesses around the world as part of my career to rate them and write about them in their local towns paper's and I will take my recent experiences here and take the high road. This place has a feeling that radiates with the management or ownership aging and the current employees, not all are running the establishment on an hourly basis with their given emotions and lack of leadership. Hopefully this can be addressed, counseled, and reestablished before places like this become extinct and those chain restaurants move in with there big lights, commercials, quality promises, and benefit packages. First time at Brätskellar and i was blown away! Such a homey vibe in the restaurant, food was hot and delicious, and the service we got was fantastic! Shoutout Liv for being the best server!
The Bratskellar is a no-frills restaurant and bar. But that's a great thing! They have been around a long time ans know what they are doing! Service is always great and food is great, too. I usually get a pizza (my favorite on the menu) but this time I shared the nachos with a friend. OK, to put the size of them into perspective; two grown, hungry women could not finish the plate of nachos! We tried, though! Tip: ask for cheese in between the layers of chips...yum!
Excellent all around and always been in my 30 years of age. Never been to a more consistent restaurant in my life. Even through out covid the kitchen put out food that exceeded my expectations and the staff was always pleasant. My all time favorite restaurant for my entire life.
What's not to love. Great waitstaff, prompt service, food prepared consistently delicious and as fast as you could ever expect. We've eaten there at least once a month for over 30 years. Not counting take-out!! Never a bad meal!
My wife and I had been out doing errands on November 20 when we decided to swing by the Bratskellar for lunch. My wife ordered a salad and I got a custom 4 topping pizza. Both were excellent. The pizza was one of the best I've had.
Stopped in for some wings after a round of golf and had a great meal. The wings are perfectly spiced with a dry rub that has just the right amount of heat. The beer was cold and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Listen the food here is amazing but we sat in the bar area and got completely ignored. However the men sitting at the bar did not...... not cool there is room for improvement on the service side of things. The table of ladies next to us had the same issue.
Great food! Excellent beers! Super good prices and staff is awesome. Always a great go to.
