I've had frozen wings that are better than this. Dry, overcooked, with barely any sauce.Avoid if at all possible.

It to back that this place is amazing for wings yet the customers is very lacky . I just placed a phone call order and was put on hold for 20 mins. I called back to hear there’s not enough staff present but still can take my order rudely ! I was then hung up on after thanking them for my order. I called back to cancel and again was hung up on. Just rude and unprofessional!!! I couldn’t imagine what could of been done to my food with there sort of behavior.

I go to the bathroom while waiting for my food. There's an employee on the other side that was trying to unlock the door without knocking. She was lucky I was exiting...

My son in law went to pick up our dinner order last night. There was very loud rap music playing off a cell phone and all the staff were loudly singing along. The song had numerous obscenities and the “n” word repeated continuously. As one employee handed over our order she was singing f… right in my son in laws face. The food was good although the fries were overdone. Worst customer service and store atmosphere I have ever encountered.

The wings and fries were great! However, as others have noted, the service is not the best. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready in 30 min. I arrived 40 min later, stood around for 5 min waiting for a worker to speak with me, and was then told that they would start preparing my food. Luckily, it's a quick process to prepare the food, but the organization needs improvement. An additional comment - I wouldn't recommend calling in an order. While I waited there, the phone rang multiple times and the workers debated over who should answer it. In the end, no one ever did.

I love coming to wingstop !! The manager Jasmine always gets my chicken right with just the right seasoning !!

The food was great, it was prepared exactly as I requested and the orders were complete. Where the experience fell short is in their timeliness. I placed an order at roughly 5:25 pm and noted that I would like it ready at 6:15 pm for pickup. The option for "ASAP" stated that it would take about 20-30 minutes to complete an order so I figured that 50 minutes would be ample time for it to be ready when I arrived. I was at the restaurant at 6:15 and not approached until about 5 to 10 minutes later. The employee went to check on my order and did not come back to tell me anything about it's status. I waited for awhile before I was approached by another employee who again asked me what order I was waiting for and he then told me it was not yet being made but that they would start. In the end my order was ready at someone around 6:45 pm. The food quality was exactly what I hoped for, hot and tasty, my only disappointment was the timing.

The food is good, but the staff is unmotivated to work hard or quickly; usually my order has not even been started at the time it is supposed to be ready. The employee turnover is extensive so the staff is always inexperienced with the result being a disappointing experience.

Their wings are delicious. The lemon pepper and Korean wings are awesome. Decent prices.

service was fine and the place was clean but the wings were overcooked as were the fries, they were also out of stock of boneless wings, I guess to be expected in these times with supply problems. I didn't take picks of the fries and wings as they were very unappealing. on the plus side the carrots and celery were crisp and seemed fresh
