Food was great, but the waitress Morgan is the reason for the review! She was so attentive and great at her job, and just overall joyful. She might have provided the best service I have had from ANY restaurant, no exaggeration. My girlfriend and I both will come back more often just because she was so wonderful. We wrote her a note on the bill about her service as well, but it deserves to be recognized!

For starters, music is WAY too loud. You can't even have a conversation. Next, food. Rolls and the cinnamon butter is about the only thing I enjoyed, well the lemonade was decent. Caesar salad has leaves that shouldn't have passed to the plate. The ranch dressing isn't bad. Ordered the Chicken Critters Basket with Loaded Fries. The fries were blah. The cheese is dried out and the bacon is over cooked. I could have bought TGI Fridays Frozen Potato Skins and had the same thing at home. The chicken... had some sort of spice that left my mouth hot. When I asked for honey mustard, it never came. Nor did the ranch for the other chicken critter meal. Asked for a refill on a drink that never came either. Staff, pay attention and listen to customers.

The food was really good, like you expect from a Texas Roadhouse.I sat at the bar by myself at about 8 PM on a Tuesday night. It wasn’t particularly busy so I was excited that I would be able to be in and out pretty quickly. In fact, the reason I said at the bar was to avoid the wait.I’m disappointed that it took me about 27 minutes to get a chicken breast, baked potato, and some plain grilled shrimp. I also noticed that other people sitting near me ordered after me and got the food before me.Honestly, had the bartender/waitress said something by way of apology for the wait, I would have been fine.Anyways, I’m sure your visit will go well but mine was, ‘meh’.

Steak was good . (20oz) Bone in Ribeye. Fried pickles are juicy and delicious.

Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My family and I waited about an hour for a table, which was fine, since they said about 45 minutes for a table. After getting seated around 7, we got to order drinks and appetizers and also put in our food order. We waited awhile and didn’t get our food or any update. Not really checked on at all. We weren’t seated in a corner or anything, but in the middle of the restaurant where everyone can see us, so I don’t know why we were not checked on. I believe this location closes earlier at 9pm. Around 8:45 the waitress must have noticed us waiting or the place closing soon as we were still there and finally told us our order never got to the back. At that point, the kids were tired and hungry and we were also, so we just decided to take the food to go. We were still nice about everything, but at least one apology about us and our order being forgotten about would have made it a little better. We understand, stuff happens, but not being apologetic, just not one apology for anything made it the worst. Not even a “sorry about the wait guys or sorry about your order” Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant.

food, service and atmosphere awesome ?

Came in after a long day of travel, wanted a good steak. We have Texas Roadhouse at home. Ordered the 14oz ribeye for $26. After waiting 20+ minutes, food came. While steak was cooked to temp (medium) inside, the outside was dry. Are about three bites and sent back. Didn't ask for a free meal, just if they would reduce ticket. They did, by $8. My $18 sweet potato and broccoli will have to do tonight...I guess. Server was very nice.

Great food and great waiter!

Great waitress. Great food. Nice teamwork.

We went in before the dinner rush, around 4pm. The wait was quick. Service was average. After our order of drinks we asked for a glass of water instead of another soda, we were brought another refill of soda instead. Listening skills on waiters need improvements. We had ordered the pulled pork dinner and what had arrived was not "pulled" pork. Sure, it was pork, but it was cut just like another meat instead of pulled. It did taste good nonetheless. I asked for no sour cream on the loaded potatoes and I was brought loaded potatoes with, of course, sour cream.
