There is never not an issue with this place. They’ve messed up orders time and time again , but today was the last straw. Ordered $25 worth of food and they either gave me someone else’s order or just made whatever they felt like. Regardless not one thing was correct. Had to go back and wait in another half hour drive thru wait because their dining room isn’t open. Do not go here and less you want either your money or time completely wasted.
I visited in the middle of a rainy weekday afternoon. Cheerful, bright decor. Alert, friendly staff with good morale. I got a Mexican Pizza and ate it there. I enjoyed it very much.

This location has become the absolute worst experience... I came quite often for my meals during work in 2021, after the main part of pandemic, and even then it seemed great. Very fast, short drive-thru lines, lobby always open..Now... it is basically unusable. At least around the 5:00-8:00 pm hours when I usually attempt to go. The lobby is always closed, which makes Mobile ordering completely useless (or one of the workers sitting outside tells you it is, So you go to your car to get in the insanely long drive-thru line, only to later see other people try the other door and it is unlocked, so they go in and mess up the flow). You would think the drive-thru would be fast and efficient if the lobby is “closed”. But nope. There is always around 10-15 cars in line, and it takes about 5-10 minutes for a car to move up a spot. So, do the math, and that equals an ungodly amount of time for a fast food meal. (Not to mention, one time I finally got my food and all the chalupa shells were completely burned and basically inedible. The guy even had the audacity to ask me to go online and give him a good review. I will not). I don’t know if they got new managers or something. But, you can’t use the excuse of “employee shortage “ when I see plenty of employees in there. I’m not sure what the problem is.And this isn’t just based on one visit. I have tried multiple times, with always the same result. I wrote this entire long review while waiting in the line of cars. I have never left a review for anything online, but feel the need to save others from this place... stay away. I will never be coming back. This was my last time. I literally can’t, because I can’t just take an hour and a half breaks to get my food to eat later. See ya, wouldn’t wanna be ya 300 Main Street Taco Bell in Nashua NH
Honestly I feel so disappointed with this location again and again. Since I’ve worked in customer service for 7 years, I try to be super patient with workers. I understand how frustrating it can be getting angry customers when you’re just trying to do your job but this place disappoints again and again. It takes absolutely forever to get your food (20+ minutes) sometimes, and they’re always out of something. you wait 20 minutes to order just to find out that they’re out of half the ingredients. Unfortunately the first couple of times I gave them them the benefit of the doubt but the more I come here the more I feel like I should have just gone elsewhere
The staff they do have is a hit or miss. There are times I go and it's a great experience even with almost no employees. But that being said there are times when you wonder who hired this person. All in all I think the owner ship fails in this regard.
Not busy at all yet still sat in drive thru forever after ordering - & they STILL managed to get the majority of my order wrong.The customer service skills are severely lacking as well - not even so much as an apology or attempt to empathize with an unhappy customer... thankfully it was a 1x visit because I DEFINITELY won't be going back. I can't even imagine what a horror show it is during a rush!
This has to be one of the worst experience i have had. It is a disgrace to call this place a fast food joint, because it is just trash. My order was roughly $141 worth and i was missing roughly $51 worth of food when i got home and checked. Some of the substitutions and/or additions made to the food was also missing or mistaken. When i walked in and placed the order, they (mainly the manager, older woman with dark red hair) announced around 7:15 she is not taking in any more orders and she wanted to cancel the mobile orders coming in because the wait to get food was around 45 minutes.. yes.. 45 minutes for a fast food joint. They kept stating they have a shortage of staff, they had roughly 5-6 people there which i don't think was short at all. If they spent the time to make the orders correctly in the first place, they wouldn't be so backlogged. The amount of people that came in from the drive through because their order was in correct was shocking. Many people were walking away because of their incorrect order. The manager, older woman with dark red hair, has no professionalism. She insulted her coworker, calling them slurs and had no sort of organizational skills to get the order put together correctly. I went home with what I thought was my full order and noticed about $50+ worth of items missing so i ended up going to the Taco Bell on Middlesex street to order and pick up the items i did not get. I started my journey at 6:15PM to grab Taco Bell for Dinner and was not able to eat until 9:30PM because of the mistakes this Taco Bell Made. This Taco Bell has these nice lights and is newly renovated but that does nothing for the practice the employees and the lack of values this manager and the team have. All they need to do was make the order correctly and they would not of been backlogged. My purchase was around $140+ and i understand if it would take around 20 minutes, but it took more than double that time and they still didnt get it correct. I do not recommend this place at all and I hope corporate does something about it. Corporate is getting a call from me today in regards to this because I am very upset, i probably will never go to this Taco Bell again.
I get it with staffing challenges. But waiting 15 minutes in drive through and not a line of cars who had ordered waiting on food. Left and one car at window with employee hanging out window chatting. Bad business.Another one - common theme don't show up 15 minutes prior to closing time, they will leave you waiting on an order to then tell you they are closed.
My Chulupa was hard as a rock and my burrito was made completely wrong its supposed to come with meat bean nacho sauce sour cream and cheese standard build for the burrito I ordered what I got were beans and a bunch of there red sauce and nothing else not even meat. When I called to complain no one answered the phone and I didn't have time to go back.
