Ordered two different ice creams with a chocolate waffle bowl for each and got the attached photo: a partial waffle bowl wrapped up, what a joke! I also didn’t get a topping on one of them that I had paid for. Poor service!

This is a neat, little ice cream shop. Fun feel and unique vibe with really good ice cream. The smoothie we got was really disappointing, so skip that. But the rest is great.

It took 25 minutes to get our order. The ice cream was pretty terrible tasting. The bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and my peach tasted like coffee. They wouldn’t refund the item. We did not want to wait for a replacement. I would not recommend.

Nice place, nice staff. I give it 3 stars excuse when ordering a soy base, it is very inconsistent. There's a guy with long hair who makes the soy ice cream as close to the texture ice cream should have each time with the marshmallow sauce and he says it comes standard with the ice cream, but when I mention it to other employees, they seem confused, charge me for the marshmallow and the icecream is still slush. I ordered over the phone today a cherry flavor with extra cherry mix ins. He asked me to clarify at least three times and i said exactly "cherry flavor with extra cherry mix ins". When my sister brought it home to me, it was slush and there were no cherries. Still ate it because ain't no way I'm driving all the way to the shop and wait in a huge line of people to just to get it fixed. The other bases seem fine and no disrespect intended, I think the store shouldn't offer the soy base unless the employees are all on the same page and there's a set method to making it, otherwise you're paying for disappointment 80% of the time. I probably will come back but only order if I see that one employee there. Definitely do give the place a try. Again, it's a nice place, the employees are nice, it looks very sanitary there (except for the one time the soy was expired and slurped out and back in the carton like silly putty, that was very off-putting ?).

Stopped by a little past 9pm. Was not aware they were closed. The door was still unlocked. When we entered the staff was a little rude. They practically yelled at us.. WE'RE CLOSED! We had just seen people walking out with cones. We do our best to support local but after that experience it does not make me ever want to go back. If you're closed LOCK THE DOOR and hang up the closed sign!

We stopped by Saturday night to get the kids a treat on our way back to MA. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our kids. They patiently walked them through the whole process and they were genuinely happy to see the kids get excited over the ice cream making process. The flavors we got were very good too.

Fun experience! And amazing ice cream! Lots of flavors to choose from and a silky texture. Many toppings too. Lorreno was very helpful and made it very fun. Thank you!

My family of 6 visited the Main St, Nashua, NH location last night. It was our first visit to a Subzero establishment. Upon entering the location we weren't warmly welcomed and my husband walked up to the counter and told them "This is our first time so it might take us a minute." There was no response from the two employees, they appeared to be upset that we were there. We inquired about the available Keto products, and the employees looked dumbfounded and didn't respond. My

MicroSociety Academy Charter School was delighted to have Sub Zero join us for our beginning of the year event! Kids from Kindergarten - 8th grade enjoyed learning about the science behind ice cream and absolutely loved the tasty treats they received afterwards. Rita was very accommodating and made italian ice for the kids who couldn't eat dairy. We appreciate Sub-Zero's attention to detail and flexibility when it came to planning the event. We highly recommend their science presentation and delicious ice cream!

The novelty of watching them instantly make your ice cream to order is sooo worth it! It's the creamiest, freshest, bestest ever! There are so many flavors to choose from, with so many mix in varieties. If you aren't sure what to get or what combo to try, they have several specials to choose from to make it easier. The employee there was super friendly and helpful and really seemed to enjoy educating us on how this science works! This is not your average ice cream stand, it's a DESTINATION. You've gotta go try them!
