A favorite spot. Wonderful staff great food and drink
We hadnât been to Stella Blu in a long time and it was so refreshing to dine at a restaurant that had perfectly balanced cocktails and unique, fresh and tasty small plates. It is rare to find this combination In a restaurant! Our server, Bob, was attentive and so very knowledgeable about the cocktails and dishes. We will definitely not wait so long to return!
Glad Stella Blu periodically changes their menu. Great items last night. My favorite is still their steamed chicken dumpling. Love the intimacy of the restaurant. We stated the tuna and gave immediate feedback to the owner regarding need a lot more taste of wasabi. Hubby enjoyed the egg roll which we both agreed could also use a kick. Restaurant was busy, so service was a bit slower. Or could be that servers had tables inside and outside. We were inside, which still was noisy. Outside had a singer wo seemed to be trying to belt it out? Kind of like a bit of peace and quiet. We come regularly, specifically to have tapas. Tasting more than 1 dish is the way to go. And Stella Blu is reliable.

We hadn't been to Stella Blu since pre-Covid, and boy are we glad we went! Drinks were sensational! Great mix of ingredients and so refreshing and tasty! The food, for us, was "meh". It was ok. We had a super waitress who was very attentive and made great suggestions on our drinks! I would recommend and I would go back.

Gave the restaurant another try after our first experience was a disappointment. Our recent visit did not change our opinion on the service or quality! Service was very slow with only a few customers. Ordered the farm vegetable crudités for an appetizer and the vegetables looked and tasted old and dried out. Mac and cheese with bacon was warm with little cheese and way too much cracker crust. Our server did not check with us to see if we needed anything, or if our order was to our liking.
Went here for our wedding anniversary; we were in the Hudson area and I found this place online. The menu caught my eye, and it did not disappoint. The ambience is great, service and staff were wonderful- very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, and prices are very good considering the quality of food. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice night out and some great food.
