Sat at the drive thru for almost 10 mins with no answer. I left with nothing and it was still 30 mins before their posted closing time
Once again no decaf coffee made. Pretty much done trying, don’t like americanus and that’s all they want to make. Life goes on… Elsewhere

Love this location. Serenity, along with the rest of the staff are amazing. They always make my day when I stop in for my favorite drink.
I highly recommend getting Starbucks even if you've never gotten it before there's something for everybody and it's pretty cheap for the quality
Use the app and skip the line to just pick up. Often out of the seasonal treats, but they've never got an order wrong after months of steady orders.
The place is a mess. The staff are super nice, management is poor. The place always closes at different times due to short staff. Today they closed at 5…an 1.5 early..due to short staff, which I thought was odd-the hour piece. The lobby is open on someDays but not all, randomly closes but just the drive thru stays open. Again, complete mess and never know what your gonna get. The kids inside are great, but please get better with organization. Also-clearly update your hours AND put a bigger sign out if your drive thru is closed.
The Amherst St. location is the best. The one by Merrimack Outlets has been randomly closed off and on for weeks now and finally not going to bother with that one anymore. I get it...help is an issue, but if you're not open when my money is in hand, I'm no longer interested.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. I forgot to specify oat milk in my macchiato and they remade the drink for me right away - I didn't even have to ask! I won't forget to order it right next time. Thanks guys! Your customer service is top notch!
