On Sunday, 5/29/2022, it was 3 pm; my husband went to the store to check if it was open; the door was open, he called me to come, and all of a sudden, a person with pink hair got out and yelled at us that they are closed and embarrassed us with insult !!! We didn’t do anything; we were just checking if they are open, and we don't believe that it’s our fault they are closed and left the door open :( will never be back , lack of professionalism.
Accidentally ordered hot chai latte instead of iced. I mentioned it to the barista and she gave me an annoyed attitude and said “Well that’s what you ordered” which is true. It could have been said more kindly to me and handled better.
This place would close at all sorts of random times for no good reason. It has now been closed for months with no explanation.
Never thought I’d write a review for a Starbucks but the staff at this location is SO sweet and wonderful that they deserve all 5 stars and also wage raises all around
I had such a great experience today! NO LINE! AND our barista, Kate? Katie?(brown hair, glasses) was so sweet and welcoming! My wife raved about her drink all the way home. This was a great overall trip! Thanks for the coffee fix!
My son really loves ham and cheese croissants. He ate 3 ham and cheese croissants at once.
Put a sign on all your tables if they aren’t available and learn manners before you yell across a room at someone, when I was yelled at for sitting and waiting for my drink it seemed as if she enjoyed yelling and being a complete B. Instead of telling me politely. Stupid B brush your hair.
They didn’t have oat milk again. I will go back but whoever is in charge of ordering supplies should know
I want to give a shout out to this location for the awesome and friendly drive thru team. Visited the last few weekends and each time the male working the mic at the window has had outstanding customer service. Very friendly and positive. I think today was a different employee than last weekend but he had the same positive attitude as the other employee.Also even though it's been busy I've never found the drive thru slow.Our mango dragon fruit drinks are made inconsistent compared to other locations and could use improving though.
I came in Sunday January 31st and Katelyn was so pleasant and made my Sunday extra special! I will always choose this location because the customer service is outstanding! Shoutout the the DW Hwy staff. I appreciate everything these baristas do to get coffee out during this pandemic. Than helped me at the window and was a gentalman. Thank you.
