Saturday evening, I visited with my family. I was absent-minded enough to forget my baseball hat at the table; my own fault. I realized on Tuesday where I must have left it. I called the restaurant to confirm and was told that they found it, but had since gone missing, and (according to the assistant manager on duty) was likely stolen by a member of the cleaning crew from the lost and found. This explanation was provided without anything more than a curt 'sorry'..While forgetting the hat was clearly my doing, the admitted theft with no recompense does not make me eager to return.
Didn't realize my bacon cheeseburger was a Double, but outstanding! A great burger requires a good washing-up from dripping on your wrists!
Excellent customer service. Clean. Minimal wait for our drinks and food. Food was delicious ?Can't wait to go back!!
Went there with a friend for dinner and a drink. Very fast service and delicious nice and hot food. The cocktails we're great also
Ok it's a big chain serving a pretty routine menu. But the food is good, portions generous, and the at-table checkout screen is handy if you are on the go and don't want to have to flag down your waitress for the check.
Food as always was amazing, however the food took over 15 mins to come out and only got one "bottomless fries" refill.. and they weren't busy and they didn't look short staffed but who knows.. it was my son's birthday and I had to tell multiple staff members for them to do the birthday thing they do.
Everything was absolutely delicious, we plan on going back, staff for absolutely fantastic
First time ever going last weekend, and I was not disappointed. They cook the food that you request, they deliver it to the table in a timely fashion, and they make good burgers.
Amazing food as always..But the person who took my order over the phone was going through PMS..please don't have someone on their period to take orders from customers. EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Get another job,woman because clearly you have no patience or experience to deal with customers.The staff inside were however friendly though. I just came for the good food and was worth going through all that crybaby over the phone.
