The staff is very friendly and helpful. My previously-vegan friend from California had some questions about the ingredients of the sides, and the employee was able to answer to her satisfaction. I was actually surprised because she is not an easy person to impress. We also got a coupon from the website which they honored. This is one of the best Popeyes I have visited.
This is the 2nd time this Popeyes have not fully filled a take out order (Ive only been here about 4 times for that makes it 50% of the time). This time I returned for the 5 piece tenders missing from the order. The return trip took me over 30 minutes. much of which was spent in line. Not only did they not want to give me the tenders owed, they refused anything to make up for their screw up. and then gave me 5 tiny pieces of chicken. This is by far the worst run popeyes I have been to. Go to any of the others for better service.
Fast friendly service. The food is always fresh! Such a nice rewarding meal after a long week. Their mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had
Good and service was good and very clean but I looked at my receipt I was double tax I know about the food tax but to tax a beverage when I bought a como meal
The best store in new Hampshire and the help there is great Popeyes here in Deham ma and boston is no good the chicken do not tastes the same and cold when you get it and people that work there are very rude
Just ordered DoorDash and my mashed potato looks like it was eaten on the way. The package does not come closed/ stickered to prove the dasher can’t reach in. I ordered a large mash and it feels like it was picked at a lot.
When it comes to Popeyes, I think we can expect long lines at this point. This location does a better job at keeping them moving than most. The staff is friendly and they get my order right the majority of the time. It is conveniently located near the highway and the location is kept clean. My favorite things to get are the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.
As much as I like Popeyes it is hard to get past the fact the have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I drove out of my way to go there. There were 4 of us and only one order was right, this time. What we got was good and I didn't send it back to be corrected. Just wish the workers would be a little more careful.
Love this place. Good food and friendly staff. Met the manager or owner a few months ago and just was a really decent guy. Def dealing with staffing issues as most businesses are, but service is still very good.
There's a decent selection of food here, however, if you want something a little healthier, I would go elsewhere. The food can be very greasy. The dining room is a bit cold no matter what time of year it is. I just wish they didn't have you eat the corn right off the cob. Some may like it that way, but there's way too much butter for me. Isn't there a way that you can get the corn as a side dish?
