Last 3 trips food was woefully undercooked. I got bagels twice barely toasted (to go) and the grilled cheese and the bread was also barely toasted. They don’t understand how to toast bread properly. And the people at the counter are a little snarky when you mention something, with a to bad attitude. Sad. I’ll only get drinks at this location from now on.

This location is great. Love that I can order and pick up my food without having to interact with a cashier as I find it makes it easier to customize my order. The inside looks like they redid it somewhat recently, and both the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. (although one stall in the womens bathroom is somewhat hard to get out of because the door opens inward to a very small space) Good sized portions as well.

Small lunch portions, so many soup options but tomatoe soup is still the only good soup. Expensive drinks. Three flavored iced teas are herendous

The lobster is absolutely average, no sauce just lobster thrown on top of a cheap piece of bread for 27$ .., i expect better from Panera bread

Unfortunately, the quality of food at Panera Bread has progressively been declining over the years. I recently ordered a bacon, egg n cheese on a brioche, around 7:30am on a Saturday. The bread was soggy, tasted like a microwave special. The yolk as you can see in the picture was spilled all over the container. Very disappointing.

Prices are crazy! Person @ register was very hard to understand. Got order wrong twice. Charged us for 3 drinks instead if 2..

This is my favorite place for my everyday lunch ?. Very near place, an awesome workers. I love this place. Thank you guys.

Love the breakfast sandwiches. Restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. Good soup and lunch sandwiches too. Smells yummy in there.

We buys team lunch and sometimes breakfast here everyday. Spend $800 on avg a month and during holiday season gift card galore. We’ve consistently been Experiencing a lack of customer service. But today was the final straw for me. I greet everyone and always smile. I walked into Panera this morning and said good morning to the cashier (Haliey with an I, I think. tall girl glasses with a prison brawl look on her face.) she looks at me an says nothing. I brush it off and say “could I please have a strawberry banana smoothie” she enters it in and looks at me (still not speaking) then an in aggressive tone and attitude (head movement and all) she says “okay!!!” To the point her co worker turns and looks at her. I ask are you okay and she shouts ya I’m okay. I canceled my order and walked out. Not sure what she’s going through but I took no part in it. I vote with my dollars so PressedCafe will be our new company lunch spot.
