Very good sandwich, but they didn't have many other items on the menu besides bagged chips and beer. And they were out of a lot of things when I went. Still worth visiting if you're looking for a simple lunch.
This experience has been the worst I’ve had since coming here sometimes for 10 years. We had to wait 40 minutes until someone came in before us and got there sandwiches first. HANNAH the employee was very rude stating my dad is the manager so it was like whatever… we asked for a refund and walked out the guy that was working looked stoned and non coherent.
Sandwiches are always unbelievable but I’ve gone on a Saturday around lunch time and they have 1 person working during prime time hours. Service seems to be going downhill quickly but again, sandwiches never disappoint.
Great food but wish their hours would be updated. Went 3 times during “business hours” only for it to be closed
Fresh ingredients and massive portions, it was good!
The sandwiches there are not only fresh, and tasty... but they're also YUUUGE!! Great job!!! ???
I love going here to eat and the Sandwiches are sooo good
Decided to come here as it was top rated in the area. There was no clear way to order and the woman seamed a little irritated that we didn't know how they did things. We placed our order and waited. Now they weren't overly busy it seamed but it took some time to get our order. One of our sandwiches was dry. Had to get some mayo and when asked she was irritated again.I get that being the only one in the place can be hard and frustrating but being in the service industry it's always good to always be pleasant with your customers. We needed a Togo container but just ended up grabbing a bad and wrapping it up with napkins. The owner should be helping their staff out especially during the busy lunch rush.
Major props to the girl working there she was the only one there working! Don't know how she did it with phone non stop ringing and peole picking up orders and placing orders. She handled it with such grace and was very pleasant! Give that girl a raise!!
Personally I loved seeing Sean when I was there. Normally he’s only at the bar upstairs but when I visited this weekend for my birthday with my friends he was so sweet even downstairs at the deli because he refused to let the garden close to early. He seemed to really love where he worked and who he worked for. Listening to him talk about the garden really made me want to go back and see him again when he’s at the bar Wednesday,Friday, Saturday.
