Well, it's McDonald's. You either love it, or think it's disgusting. Staff is very efficient and polite. Especially the lady on the evening shift. Feels like your mom is getting dinner ready for you.
Slow service and half of our food was served missing. It’s McDonalds so the food better be average but the service better be superb. Service was not up to par.
Customer service was awesome. Food was was fast and fresh. There was no wait even though there was a line at the drive-thru. The order-taker and the cashier both read my order back to me to make sure I got everything. The employees that I talked to actually seemed happy to serve me and the best part of all was the McFlurry machine was up and running even at 9:30pm.
this location seems to have an upper management issue. The employees are trying their best and are always super nice, however they always seem to be running on a skeleton crew, the drive through lines in the evenings are way too long and the dining room is always closed, not sure why, can't use the covid or stimulus checks excuse anymore for why you cant keep employees. Pay your employees more, treat them better, and maybe they will stick around.
I always come here, today I ordered food on the app for my kids and when I was about to pick it up at the store, the display didn't show the food I ordered, then I showed them my receipt. They seemed very busy, no one came out to help me, finally someone came out to help me, the reply to me was: let me call my bank to cancel the order. This is the solution they offered me. My daughter was worried when she asked me what happened and why I hadn't gotten her food yet. She said she was very hungry. I had to reorder again, because I didn't want to waste time for a few bucks, and when I wanted to reconsider ordering again, one of the people told the cashier that they could give me the order based on my receipt. At this time, half an hour has passed since I placed the order and received the food. Poor service.
Costumer service needs a bit of help with friendly smiles. My first job was at McDonald's across from Wrigley Field in Chicago Illinois back on the 80s. Still remember the proper way to pack the food and specially the fries. I get upset when my fries are upside down
Manager was outside on a smoke break and was very rude about a mobile order placed at 10:45pm and refused to bring the order out to me because it was too close to 11pm when there in store hour closes. I had to wait 20min in a drive through line to get my cold mobile order..
Did McDs change their menu ? ! I ordered a double cheeseburger and it came with 2 bottom pieces of bun. Did they run out of tops ? I seldom eat at this location especially after working there 5+ years ago. Managing staff was mean to employees and expected newbies to do it all while they were on their cells. I was taking breakfast orders and stocking the front end.... Which means running between windows and the basement to get supplies. After seeing how things are done there I almost never eat there. Wasn't real clean and not just the restrooms. Oh ya....and fix you other window or mark it "out of order". I'd much rather go to BURGER KING anyway ! !
Need improvement and a better management assistance. The oil in the fryers need to be change. I know that because of the color of the fries.
I always come here and I'm not sure why but they always over cook the the nuggets and they come out flat and hard and taste like rubber. The rest of my food good for the most part . :)
