Pulled into the drive through. I was the first car in my lane and watched as cars pulled in after me and into the other lane and ordering before me. They kept taking the order from the other lane while I sat there and waited for almost 10 min. The sign said both lanes were open. I had cars behind me and my order was never taken. I tried to call and it said the called party was unavailable. Not the first bad experience at this McDonald’s. I’ll never stop there again. The absolute worst fast food test I’ve ever experienced. Management needs to be changed asap!
Ordered online, we went to pick up the order, got home and realized they forgot some items. Tried to call and it kept going right to voice-mail. The store is 15 minutes away so we really didn't want to drive back. We decided to cut our losses. The rest of the food was absolutely disgusting. The nuggets were crumbled and dry. The mcchicken had a weird black grainy substance on it. Practically inedible. And they won't even pick up the phone.
It's fast food, some days faster than others. The prices though have gone up, so is it even worth it?
Placed a mobile order around 10am for a MEDIUM iced coffee and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. Came through the left lane and sat there for a good minute or so before another car pulled up. That car had their order taken first and then we sat for another minute or so before someone took our order. We were pulled up into the reserved drive thru spot for a drink and a sandwich where we waited for another 10 minutes. They finally brought out my coffee five minutes later and my coffee was wrong. I asked for a medium and was given a small. I also specified NO ESPRESSO and was given an espresso. The coffee was basically sugar. My fiancé didn’t get his sandwich until ANOTHER five minutes later after the people beside us got their giant bag of food and they pulled beside us after we pulled in.I come to this location because I’ve had bad experiences with the E Hollis location. But there’s no reason for me to wait 15 minutes out of my morning for a drink and a sandwich when people in front and beside of me got their big bags when they pulled in after us. I work in fast food, this isn’t how you run a business. And the rude customer service for sure isn’t helping the case. If I hadn’t placed a mobile order, I’d of left. Completely ridiculous.
Ever since this McDonald’s has had new management I’ve had issues with orders. I only go back because it’s closest to home. Just got home and missing items from my order. If I could give zero stars I would. I am done ordering from here. Don’t waste your time
This is a 2 for 1 special review and I will give you what is posted. So let's try to get to the point. Let's talk about the past. The Pandemic was the get-all of many people and companies. The $1.00 drink of any and all sizes is great, if they charge you the price that they post and advertise. This was not the case here. Posted and charged that way most of the time. The reason was the price has changed and it hasn't been updated on the menu due to the Pandemic. 5 out of 7 times I would be charged more than the dollar it is supposed to be and the excuse was put into play. The only thing that I wanted was to get one straight answer. Well enough about the past.Fast forward to the present. Went and had the opportunity to get a good deal. It was 2 McDoubles for $3.50 (mix and match) and 1 drink for $1.00 x 2. So 2 of us eat for around $6.00. Saw also buy 1 Quarter Pounder at the regular price and get a second one for $1.00. Went with the Quarter Pounder deal. $6.19 for one and $1.00 for the other. Wow!! Made me realize that I made a huge mistake. $3.50 compared to $7.19 for the burgers. Now let me say that the Quarter Pounder is not in the same class as the McDouble. It was great tasting and by far the better burger. Now I am going to get to the point of their failure. I waited in line for both windows and then was directed to wait in space 1, oops space 2 is better than space 1. Space 1 aka Pondville (it was a huge puddle with grass trimmings, small pieces of trash, and other things) was not going to be where I moored my boat, I meant park my car. For some reason they had never made our food. They were standing around talking and I was sitting in on the conversation in my car at window 2.It's now over 10 minutes and I'm astounded with what I have been seeing and hearing. I get a little, "Sorry for the wait", and I just noticed they stole about 1/3 of an hour from me. Not sure why they didn't make it to begin with, but I would have made it right by accepting the mistake and asking what I could do to make sure you were satisfied with the way the mistake was remedied.
Dysfunctional fast food restaurant, lack of vision and any leadership shows. No ice in soda dispenser, no soap in bathroom, no ink in order kiosk to get a printed receipt, cold fries, no one at register to take orders or help customers. My advice to the ownership here is to just close the lobby it's clear you only care about drive thru sales.
This location has a typical menu found at all other McDonalds franchises but handles orders differently than most. When ringing up a meal item, a bundled package, the employees tally each item separately on the receipt. The customer ends up paying more for their order as a result.I spoke to an employee about this, after noticing it more than once, and was told it was an issue with their computer system. A manager was called who offered no explanation, or even acknowledgement of my complaint.I did not shout, raise my voice or be aggressive. It seems as though the franchise owner has disabled menu items, is not training employees to ring up combo items as meals, or is actively directing employees to ring up bundled items separately.Don't go here, you'll be charged more than other restaurants.
Better prices and deals in the app for this location are what brought me to this store on my way home. My wait time wasn't super crazy, my order was correct, but half the food was lukewarm at best and the staff was visibly annoyed when I asked for a straw and the dip cups I ordered.
Ordered a black coffee. after 10 mins of waiting I asked for my money back. They keeped telling me one more minute. 10 mins of hearing that and finally got my coffee with cream. The level of incompetence is mind blowing. If there was a no star option that what I would pick.
