For those complaining about Maplewood Pizza, go to Family Pizza and really get disappointed. Maplewood is not gormet pizza. For that you will pay three times as much. The food is good and the service is also good. Don't have an attitude when you call or go in. These are very friendly people who will actually learn your name and welcome you everytime to walk in. They are very open and interesting to talk to.
First time ordering. Fast service. I love Mediterranean food. I saw falafel and had to have it. It was good, but a little over done. Their rice is incredible! Definitely going back.
I've ordered from them for both pick up and delivery. Always greeted promptly and food is very good.
They used to be very good but lately they have been making mistakes on orders. Maybe they are just short handed or have new employees
If you like delicious sub shop food this is the place. The food is always fresh with large serving sizes. The employees are always friendly. The pizza is really good along with the onion rings in the bacon cheeseburger.
Pizza was horrible. Too much or too strong of cheese. Couldn’t eat more than 1 piece
My wife and I have only ordered from here about 3 times but they have yet to disappoint. Even the delivery people are polite and respectful. Ordering from here has been a very happy accident and I intend on working my way through the menu!
I love there food. Excellent service delicious food. Been going there 15 years. I would totally tell friends about Maplewood. Highly recommend.
Pizza, subs and appetizers have always been good. However, the owner has complained twice about paying with a card. First time he complained about me using a Discover card because of the higher fees so I used a Visa instead. Then recently stated his computer system was down and was only taking cash. Only thing, there was a signed receipt on the counter from a previous customer who paid with a card. I asked how they were able to pay using a card. He raised his eyebrow, sighed and took my card.Look, I get it - businesses have to pay transaction fees for card transactions. The customer should not be getting complained at for it. Raise your prices or state cash only....not my problem!
Usually my go to place to order but the “boss” was very rude when I called to ask about my pizza I ordered over two hours before hand and hadn’t received yet. All he said was it’s on its way without asking a name or address. Another 30 minutes pass.. still no pizza. Call again, the “boss” yet again yelling in the background “it’s on its way”. I’ll never order here again
