Worst staff service. I've ordered through doordash and they took 1 hour to prepare the food.Disgusting
If there is zero, they deserve it. Rude employees messed up my order, only partially filled my online order. I checked the bag at home and items were missing. They claimed they put everything in bag and indicated I was lying. Will never go there again! Company website support did not respond as well.
Terrible. Tried to order and they said 30Minutes for chicken and I’ve ordered Uber from here before only to have customer service call me to say they closed an hour and a half early. That’s fine but turn off your Uber tablet so you stop getting orders.
I went there it was alright and picked up my food. I took it out when I got home when I tell you I almost threw up.. I almost threw up! There where roaches in my meal and I ate a bit of it too ??
Super busy and not a ton of staff. Supervisor handled everything like a BOSS and got everyone moving. Have patience everyone appreciate those who show up. Food was delicious too.
UNBELIEVABLE! Drove almost 20 miles to the Nashua location . I walk in to a FURNACE of a restaurant NO AC and must be 110 inside .. Then after waiting 15 mins behind just 2 people they say they have NO CHICKEN or GRAVY .. Yeah you are reading this right KFC had no chicken and we got no apologies or alternative options. They literally wanted me to just say okay and leave and that isn't okay or good for the bottom line. I did leave though and so did the 4 others who got the same news i did.. Anyways it was what it was and it is what it is but i will not be letting this restaurant waist my time or gas ever again..
The staff were very loud and obnoxious! The last time I went there one of the girls was rude and yelled at me because I had asked them why every time I go there they never have food prepared. I will never go back to this place and I haven't ever since then! Worst KFC I've ever been to!!
Idk why, but this place's drink area (where you pour your own sodas) is ALWAYS soaking wet. It's all full of garbage too. Idk, I guess if I didn't have to go inside, it would be better. It's friggin KFC.
Worst fast food experience I've ever had. Waiting 15 minutes in line before i could order. When I reached the counter the woman told me in an extremely rude manner that I need to "put on a damn mask" before I order. I'm happy to wear a mask, I should have been in the first place, but it was in my car. I immediately said okay, got the mask from my car, and re-entered the KFC only to be told to go to the back of the line. I waited another 15 minutes before ordering a single chicken sandwich with the extremely rude woman at the counter. Took 30 minutes to come out. This trip to KFC for an average chicken sandwich took well over an hour.
They just gave me a cold chicken sandwich. Now they can't answer the phone. The manager that's there right now needs to get fired. Talking in Spanish say they have the phone off the line that way they don't get calls. And I've been trying for over a half hour and it'd still busy. No good people working here.
