They were so helpful and accommodating! They gave me exactly what I wanted and the cupcakes were not only yummy but decorated perfectly! I will definitely be using them again and will tell all my friends.
I was looking to get a pineapple cake for my cousin's 30th birthday and boy was this a harder task than I thought with a week's notice in June! I'm new to Nashua and a lot of the bakery's in the area were booked already with weddings and other parties. I called Jake's Ice Cream hesitantly and spoke with Ronni who was super sweet and willing to work with me to create the cake I was looking for. She ended up making the pineapple cake of our dreams including fresh pineapple in the middle w/ homemade whipped cream frosting and topped with fresh maraschino cherries. It was the best cake I've ever had and all the guests at the party absolutely loved it as well. It not only tasted great, but it was really pretty as well with whipped cream rosettes, and a fancy yellow and red fondant piece on top to hold the writing; all surrounded by cherries!I could tell Ronni really cares about the cakes she puts out because she was concerned about this cake holding up with the late June heat, delicate whipped cream frosting, and I needed it for a Sunday evening party but had to pick it up the day before. She told me to make sure it was kept in the fridge until shortly before serving, and we were able to keep the cake beautiful until it was needed. I also felt it was a decent price for what we got. I wish I got a picture to include to show you this amazing dessert, but alas, I did not think of it! Anyway, thank you for the amazing cake! I will be coming back for more!

I purchased my daughters birthday cake from Jakes and it was the best. She made a gluten free unicorn cake and it was perfect! I couldn’t ask for a better cake.

My family and I used to go to Jake’s ice cream back when they had an ice cream parlor in Milford and then in Amherst, about 10 years ago a they closed the Amherst location and we thought they disappeared. I’ve seen some of their ice cream around at small shops and farm stands but haven’t thought much of them until we needed a last minute ice cream cake. The first place that came to mind was temporarily closed so I did a quick google search and found Jakes again. I called them and the girl I spoke with was very helpful and told me they had a range of cakes she put one aside for me and we picked it up curbside. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS cake, I’m no expert on ice cream cake but this one was by far the best one I have had!

We LOVE Jake’s!! Roni has been making Madeleine’s birthday cakes for the last 6 years. So easy to work with and the cakes never disappoint!
