I asked for extra duct sauce when I picked up my order they said I had to pay extra for it so I said ok that's fine. I paid them $2.17 for extra duct sauce the lady went back and grabbed it and this is what they charged me 2.17 for I took my money back it's not even big enough to dip anything I to it huge rip off never again will I go to this place got the food home and the chicken fingers have zero flavor the house low mein was 9 dollars and it's tiny tiny the crab Rangoon taste like cream cheese and mustard can't taste any crab in it at all very unsatisfied never again
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The food and the customer service is horrible. The food took an hour to get to my home. It was cold and it was not a complete order. Two items were missing despite my telling the rep that last time I was missing an item as well. They still did not check to make sure the order was complete. When I called to tell them that 2 items were missing, I was told it would take an hour for you to get your missing items. I said that was not acceptable. And I didn't appreciate the attitude from the rep, Ashley and being called hun. Be respectful and value your customers enough to fix the issue properly without attitude and hanging up on your customer. It was your mistake, not mine. I will be talking to the owner about this. As I said the food was cold, gross and not like it used to be. Save your money, this place is not worth it. Mistakes happen but the way in which you deal with them with your customers matter. Do better.
I didn't eat food for over 20 hours and would've probably found anything delicious. Not here. Even the most well seasoned of plastics would've been better. Usually if I don't like one thing in what I ordered, I could at least find something, ANYTHING to enjoy that came with it. Nothing was good. The pork fried rice had no flavor and was mush. The pork worse. The sauce was sheer vinegar and the Rangoons were no better. The sesame chicken was somewhat redeemable but was off. It looked so promising but was so BAD.
Not Chinese food at all, rice was over cooked and flavourless. Boneless spareribs were dry and tasteless, the duck sauce was spoiled, should not taste of vinegar. Crab Rangoon were also flavourless, and last was the chicken fingers, more like nubs. Twice as much breading and the dough was raw on the inside. Everything arrived cold and delivery was 35 minutes late. Not worth anything, sorry I ordered from here. Wish I could get my money back.
Just awful. Slowest in the business save your money or go somewhere else. I could write an essay about how bad this place is but I won’t. If they get closed down it would be a absolute blessing. I wish I could give it a zero, but I can’t so they’ll never see my money again.
The food was seriously horrible they use to have the best lemon ckn I don't know what the heck it was they gave me. Wasn't lemon ckn. The spare ribs were pieces of cut pork no flavor and rubber.
I was very appalled by the taste of the food. The smell and look of the food had mislead me to believe it was going to be good. Tasteless. the food was tasteless as if there was no seasoning left to use. the pork fried rice was all fat no meat. i’m quite astonished by this. would not recommend
I know it's New Years Eve, but I ordered my food early, 12:30 pm.our beef fried rice had no beef in it let alone no flavor. also our beef lomaintotally sucked. no flavor at all.then, the shrimp with peapods NO FLAVOR let alone all peapods and a couple of shrimp.Ordered Tibit #1 ,well , the chicken fingers were as small as McDonalds mcnuggets, the crab ragoo tasted awful and burnt to a crisp..So your review is I won't be back. A wasted 65.00 and disappointed .
My cousins and I saved up for weeks to enjoy a meal together. Chinese food has always been our comfort food. We would always get together and laugh while eating it. Unfortunately, this experience was not like the others. The food was dry and seasonless and left a very bad taste in my mouth. It even caused my sister to throw up!
to start off lady on the phone was very friendly. but the food, UGH THE FOOD is not great. the rice was bland, spare ribs tasted raw, and the chicken wings tasted like cinnamon. (weird combo maybe just me). ??♀️. the orange chicken was very fatty, which is weird for CHICKEN. to top this all off, THERE WAS HAIR ALL AROUND THE TAKEOUT BOX. probably the worst food experience and very expensive for the quality of the food. ??♀️
