def not like other Giovanni's - two stars because people upon ordering and delivering were nice, food is terrible. While the person on the phone was nice, the order was wrong upon delivery. I was very much looking forward to my chicken kabob sub with dressing(of which I specifically asked for both dressing on the subs and on the side and was told that's no problem at all), when the subs arrived the chicken was almost nonexistent on the sub and there was no dressing on the sub nor on the side. Who wants to eat a dry sub? While the delivery girl was very nice, the food was subpar and the prices very high. The two liter bottle of soda was warm/hot. When I asked, I was told sorry we don't have any cold soda. Save your money and go elsewhere. $46 for two inedible subs, one order fries and a warm two liter bottle of soda.**Hi Jeannette, (owner) thank you for your response but this really has nothing to do with recipe preferences and tastes. It has more to do with the person taking and preparing the order following through on the actual order itself, so that you customers get what they paid and asked for and nothing is forgotten rendering the food not really edible. Also if a sub is a chicken kabob sub, there should be a good amount of chicken not just a few tiny bits. If a cold 2 liter bottle of soda is not available just let your customer know so that they can make the decision if they want to pay that much for it warm. I do appreciate your response but it would be better if you addressed the real issues.

It was busy at friday lunchtimeBut staff were effective and on top of it. I was in and out in 5-7 minutes.

Walked in to a loud obnoxious banter between cashier and some customer who was basically shouting in our ears as we tried to go to place our order. Ordered two subs (Italian and steak bomb), was just over $20 for the order. Super skimpy and bland and less than half amount of food I’d expect to be in the sandwiches. Was going to get two Coca-Colas on our way out and cashier said $6.50, I put them right back in fridge; then the cashier said “yeah, I don’t blame you I wouldn’t pay that either.” Ridiculously hot in there so we opted to eat in our vehicle instead. Save yourself the money and inconvenience and avoid this place. Only gave it one star because the food was kind of edible and there wasn’t a 0 star option, didn’t enjoy it at all. Oh and no napkins, maybe those were $6 too. ? This place doesn’t deserve to stay in business and with all the other one star reviews I’m seeing, I hope this place permanently closes. Terrible experience from start to finish! Apparently the owner only takes time to respond to Google reviews instead of improving her business. ??‍♀️

We were in town for a baseball tournament and showed up hungry. 6 of showed up and were greeted warmly and within 30 minutes we had wings and great pizza. Would definitely recommend. Thanks from north conway.

Place is awful, save your money ! Every time I order there’s an issue, this time they forgot a whole pizza I ordered! I will never order there again. Last time I received onion rings were what appeared to be uncooked. As I sit here and read the reviews it appears all this restaurant keeps doing is apologizing for the miss communication. Taking no responsibility for it’s awful service / food. Best of luck if you order here.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, either the ham was not cooked at all, or it was overcooked. And the toppings were all clumped together, not spread out. Also don't know what it was, but there was a random piece of something on the pizza. Looked like paper or something. I also ordered a calzone that had a coupon, and was told I could only use the coupon for pickup. It states that no where on the coupon.

The cheese pizza is great, but I order off door dash like I always do and they left out my mozz sticks, and my chicken sub with extra Mayo cheese and lettuce tomato, was just a chicken and cheese sandwich with nothing on it. Dry and gross. This is not the first time this has happened. I worked all day and looked forward to some decent takeout.

I’m sorry but this place overcooked their meatballs. I ordered the meatball penne with Alfredo sauce and could only finish half. There was absolutely no flavor in the meatball and it was dry af. The penne was cooked fine and the sauce came a little clumpy though I’m not sure if it was because it was cooling down. I wouldn’t order this dish again.

They have a big sign out front saying Monday & Tuesday pizzas 9.99. I ordered a pizza and paid. When I was looking at a receipt they had charged me the non deal price. When I confronted them they claimed I never asked for that price. ITS NOT A COUPON. THE SIGN SAYS THIS IS THE PRICE ON THESE DAYS. They choose to rip me off to get more money. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never go here again. Clearly they are scummy business. I recommend going to Olivia's. The pizza is a million times better and the owners are sweet hearts not scum bags.
