This Dunkins threw my 15 year old Autistic daughter out! Because they took 4 times of explaining our order. The servant ran because he didn't know how to use the register. This store had bugs crawling on their donuts. Manager threatened my Autistic daughter who said she was in the wrong, to leave or call the police! It looked like t here was a roach crawling on one of the donuts! Management hires anybody to run the store, not qualified managers! She wasn't fit to push carriages at Shaw's, yet the manager of the store! This store needs to fire all employees, or be shut down! We're going to complain to the Town Hall! A Roach on your donut, and then being thrown out with my Autistic 15 year old daughter! I'm calling the board of health, as employees were touching food without gloves In a COVID era! Roach on a donut???? Are you kidding me? Called out manager, and was thrown out, or they were calling the police! Health board Will be called for touching food without gloves, and what looked like a Roach on a donut! My 15 year old Autistic daughter can testify, and attest to everything said in this post! Either manager is terminated, or health board will shut store down for failing COVID protocols and a Roach on the donut and treating people badly saying they can get away with it. Due to lack of employees! This store disgusts me, and if nothing is done? Then the HB and town hall will be called in!
Ordered via the app. Showed up, lobby door was locked. At 3pm...when the sign says lobby hours are 5-8pm on Sunday. While I walked to the drive thru to get my order, 5 other people came walking up, tried the door, and left. They turned away business. There was no message or sign saying why the lobby was closed. Just 4 teens working without an adult who don't want to do their job. They even lost track of my order which was on the counter...in the lobby...fix your crew, Dunks. It's embarrassing
My question is why the female store manager has to do the truck by herself, I'm sure there's heavy lifting to stock them, but when they need help on the floor she's the one to be called for help even on her days off, seems like everyone gets lost when she clocks out.
Waited in the drive through for a really long time (15 mins), got 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches. They messed up all the drinks and we ordered sausage egg and cheese English muffin sandwiches and we received them without the egg. My husband asked for a black cold brew with cold foam and there was sugar in it and the associate tried to say there wasn’t any and wouldn’t take it back at first. When he got it back with was not black cold brew but regular coffee. My large latte was half foam and didn’t taste like espresso at all. Would not recommend this location.
Hit the drive-thru at the city's newest Dunkin. Croissant burnt, and the coffee great as always! Service was polite and efficient.
25 minutes stuck in the drive thru lane. Don’t open your store if your employees are understaffed.
Customer service is horrible. employees gave attitude and if asked a question would walk away. An employee said the syrup for a drink expired a week before and STILL gave it to me. i work at a dunkins and would’ve never done that or any of this to a customer
Coffee made right every time I come here even under new owners.only complain I have is there bagels have got smaller so I'll be going elsewhere
This dunkins is a little difficult at times. A lot of times I hear just hollering at each other while they are working. I also am uncomfortable that I don't know Spanish. That seems to be what all of the employees speak..which is fine but not when dealing with people that don't speak it though. Makes myself and other customers uncomfortable, I have seen others there experiencing the same.
Clean store, friendly employees. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because my orders are wrong every now and then.
