Got 3 out of 4 things Wrong in our order.Very consistent for Dunkin Donuts this is why I don't normally go to Dunkins can't remember last time I went to any Dunkin.

Just want to say this team is crushing it ! They are always so friendly and make my coffee consistently delicious. Jackson is a sweetheart, takes his time to be hospitable and thoughtful and it makes my day. Thank you to this crew :) it’s not easy with staffing shortages and the pandemic. Everyone is doing their best. When you find good customer service nowadays, it’s worth celebrating.
Agree with all of the reviews recently. Extremely rude staff. When asked to remake my coffee with skim milk as ordered they returned the same coffee to me twice. There is a clear color difference of cream and skim in coffee. They seemed appropriately staffed and not busy. Location used to have great service.
I just had the worst service imaginable at this store and will never go back any time soon. I know that everyone is over COVID 19 but that gives no excuse to be rude, nasty, and degrading. What in the world happened to the training videos in the workplace about customer service. I’ve worked in retail a majority of my life and I NEVER flipped out on a customer simply because of a mistake that I made. To all working in retail you are an ambassador for the name you represent on your uniform. What happened? I’m so done with the narrative of “its COVID just simply go with how they treat you”. You know what no, I will not it’s about time people started treating people like PEOPLE NOW!!
Love how by it being so busy I drive to the first window and there's no associate. I see an associate in the second window so I figure that's the open one. As I'm sitting at the second window this guy working comes over gives me attitude and yells at me, then actually proceeds to ask me to pay for the person behind me's order... That's how we're gonna be?!
Great place to hang out when running errands in Nashua. Right near the mall and all the main area around Daniel Webster Highway in Southern Nashua and Tyngsboro area
The manager is rude as heck and couldn't get an order rite if her life depended on it Place is pathetic and i will never go there again.

The last two times I’ve been here, the employees are too busy complaining to even get a simple multi grain bagel order correct. I’d rather drive 10 extra minutes than deal with these employees again. Horribly ran!!
