My experience here has always been great, some of the customers that order before me can be extremely petty and rude though and always hold up the line, it ruins the good vibes sometimes other than that great job, keep it up.
Went through the drive thru. The girl taking the order was rude with absolutely no personality, sounded as though I was bothering her as she sighed with everything I ordered. I had her more than once and the last time I drive off before finishing my order. I will NEVER return. Find people that actually have people skills
I run on Dunkin Donuts so any where I am and I see one..I go in. I love dunkin donuts so much lol
Often times I order uber eats..and some things you can't specify in the order. I call and make sure I cab get jelly munchkins. They take care of it right away and my order comes exactly how my kids and I like it. All very happy. Thanks for being the best Dunks in town!!
They received $14 an hour an can't make a dam coffee right
Waited for ever for my order in Drive through and was told to pull up and it would be out shortly. Had to go in and still had to wait for my order, was not offered comp item and asked was told no. My husband and I will never go to that dunking again, poor customer service
I always have issues with this location, they ALWAYS mess up my order. I am never bringing my business to this location again.
Had a nice pay it forward train going at drive thru. Happy Holidays
I know you are short staffed but i come here everyday for break and when they’re are 3 cars in line it shouldn’t take me a full 20-30 minutes to get my order. Today it was unacceptable to be waiting for as long as i did. Do better.
Only becuz it's too busy and l know they need more help
