I usually just put three stars and say "meh its dunkin", but the folks here were super nice to my kid and I really appreciate it. We weren't even gonna stop here, but had to so we could change a diaper. Can't stress enough how nice the employees were, and not "I have to be nice because I'm on the clock" nice, they were genuinely nice.
Go here every morning wheb I get out of work at 7am and without fail this dubkins always makes my coffee how I Like it,it's never messed up its always made perfect!! And their very nice here too!!
I have gone here a few times as I live around the corner and they're always very nice, actually one of the waiters at drive thru was so kind he offered to pay for my coffee as I had all change. I said No, but he was very sweet.
Overall time in drive thru 25 mins ( and that is being nice) Waiting over 20 minutes for a bagel sandwich & hash browns. Get to window & they haven’t even started making it!! Add another 5-7 mins & Then verbally assaulted by teenage boy that works there. Clearly he needs to work on customer service skills
We always go to this dunks even if it's out of our way because they usually always get my order right. I get a medium frozen coffee with 4 pumps of mocha. When they get it wrong they always fix it and make things right!
Ordered a large sweet tea with lemon and light ice.1 bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese.She filled the cup with ice.I repeated light ice. Her reply, oh that's to much?Receive bagel only butter.I said it was butter and cream cheese. She throws a knife and cream cheese in bag pushes it towards me and walks away.I was shocked with the customer service here.Terrible.Now I understand why the tip cup is always empty.

Whenever I order drinks or food on the app this Dunkins is always out. The app is never up to date. When I get there, I end up waiting 10 minutes in the line inside just to find out they don't serve the drink anymore. By the time I am refunded or they make a new beverage, I'm almost late for work.
Place was slamming, long drive through and full parking lot but still got 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches in like 5 mins. Excellent service as well.
