I’m not sure who took care of me but it was three ladies there today at 3pm and they made my coffee perfectly and were very helpful all around. Also very fast and efficient. This location also had good variety of baked goods when I went at this time. Great job!

Always quick. I've never gotten to the window and been told "oh I'm sorry we have run out of this." Employees are always kind and personable.

Every time I think I may give them another try it’s always the same…my online order is wrong & the staff are absolutely the rudest people! I’m so thankful the Main St location opened & the customer service there is top notch!

Got our coffee there every morning until the lady at drive thru at 8:30 am today made us feel completely uncomfortable today and will never be back again

To the 2 young ladies who helped my son and I around 230 on Friday April 1. You are AMAZING!!! Kind, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Please teach ALL young people in customer service job to be JUST LIKE YOU

The woman named Brittany gives horrible customer service. Not only did she make my order wrong, when I called to try to get it fixed she hung up on me immediately. I'm not sure what's going on with this Dunkin Donuts but they really need to pay attention to their employees and how they treat their customers.

Very busy in the mornings, as expected. Good for the price, but wouldn't exactly be my first choice for food or drinks

They messed up my sandwich with asked for no egg and only got one of two hash browns I ordered then next day went back to get it fixed and then they give me no egg and no bacon and short me another hash brown.

Worst Dunkin's experience ever! First I try to call at different times during work to see if they had a certain kind of kcup yet nobody never answers. When I do go there to check they don't have what I wanted and I decided to get a coffee which of course they made wrong. To top it off the associate smelled so badly of cigarettes that it even made my coffee smell.

Taking real advantage of the 'staff shortages ' by not allowing you into the store and forcing you into the drive thru that moves at a snails pace on a good day. Employees seem more interested in flirting with each other instead of working.
