I hate to be this guy but I gave the “manager” many opportunities to rectify the issue but all he kept saying was 50% off and started giving me a lesson on inflation and the cost of cheese. I went to their store with my 5 year old to get a medium size Hawaiian pizza and unfortunately the pizza fell in my garage while opening my door. I called them and explained what happened and the “manager” basically told me to go to hell. When I told him about domino’s insurance in cases like this, he acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. He basically told me that the owner and GM don’t care about the fact that I was a loyal customer.
I love this Domino’s! They have never gotten my order wrong and they’re all very kind. Alvine is super awesome especially! I always go this Domino’s rather than the other ones near me.
I ordered pizza from this location so many times and they kept messing it up. I ordered my pizza as square cut so I had them remake it. Then they finally made it correct. Whenever I order pizza from this location, they keep making the same mistake. The staff aren't really that nice and I am never ordering from this location again.
Ordered a pizza and got there about 10 minutes after ordering online to be given what appeared to be a previously made pizza heated up. Cheese was hard and toppings cold, as if they were tossed on top. The actual crust was cool to the touch and barley even warm, like it had just been heated up only slightly. You would expect a freshly made pizza that you just ordered 10 minutes prior to be hot and fresh looking. This was not the case. Never going back.
These people are very rude and lack good customer service and common decency, no home training, no one wants laziness or bad energy into their food. I gave 3 stars because the delivery driver is a good experience.
Dominoes overall is a decent fast food establishment. This location however is not quite up to par. I have been here three times in a year and each time have had my order messed up. I order garlic parmesan wings and they give me garlic parmesan bread twists. Ordered in person and in good English.
Love this location except I WISH they offered curbside like almost all the other Domino’s. Customer service is always good (rare these days) and the food is delicious. I love the pasta bowls and the pan pizza crust… so good. Ever since they updated this location, it has improved in every way. ?
They served me pleasantly. As I answered the dominos survey yes they were all wearing masks. They made my pizza delicious! They all seemed to be having a enjoyable night.
I love the pizza here is fresh the sauce is fresh the ingredients are fresh better then Amherst st Domino's Pizza ? everything taste delicious ? my daughter love it here !!
I don't know if they got new staff or it was just a good day, but I have never been so happy with my pick up. I was "that customer" with Visa codes on my phone and 2 orders because I couldn't figure out how to pay with them on the app. The lady who rang me out was super helpful and patient...very unusual for this place, hopefully its new management and this is going to be the norm. Very refreshing.
