Worse Dairy Queen I have ever been. Customer service is Horrible, my son got the wrong smoothie there this afternoon and asked to change the “manager” said nope you have to pay for another one got the one he had wrong trowed in the trash and charged my son again and gave him a wrong one again. So end of story charged twice and got the wrong drink. Called and asked for the manager and she was sooo rude and hanged up the phone on me.
Went here today and had a horrible experience!! Kristen, the so-called manager, took my order. While taking my order at the counter, she was not wearing a mask and coughed directly into her hand. She then turned around and made my daughters ice cream cone, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I pointed out the fact she coughed into her hand before making the ice cream and asked for a new one. She proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that I was wrong and she coughed into her arm. She then stormed off into the back and demanded her poor co worker to make it "because she's not dealing with me". All Kristen had to do was apologize and make things right, especially with COVID and flu season here! But she decided to be very rude and storm off! You're supposedly the manager? Shame on you Kristen.

Tried to give me rotten banana in banana split. When I complained. Counter person said whatever. Banana split not made like other Dairy Queen’s do. Shift. Thursday at 6:30 should be fired
How tf are you going to roll your eyes at someone who is asking if there is a solution to a problem you created. Next time let the customer know that there’s no orange julius available, don’t make them wait without telling them then get upset when they ask if they can change the order instead of being subjected to an undetermined wait time.
I love my biweekly trips here. Ice cream treat is delicious. I know it's technically not ice cream. But it's still very good. I so enjoy it. Friendly staff.

Great drive thru service. Fast and place seems sanitary with everyone wearing mask and gloves and food is always hot and fresh when I order from here.
It is just ok. Local haunts are better.
