I hate to say it, but the other reviews were on point. Food quality was below average for a Chipotle and a lot was missing (no fajita veg for example). Lots of crunchy hard rice, And the steak was not good. Really hard to chew and stringy. 2 items I paid for weren’t even in the bag when I got home, so double check your bags before leaving. Employees didn’t seem to be to happy to be working here, so maybe they are just in a downward spiral. Hope it improves.
Chipotle is a delicious Mexican style grill that that you can eat inside or take out to go. The ingredients for the most part are fresh but often will run out throughout the day. Great option for fast food if you are not in the mood for a sit down dinner
Something seriously needs to be done about this place. Every time I order from here something is wrong, missing, or it takes longer than needed to arrive. There have been maybe one or two times that everything was decent, but any other time my order has been consistently wrong. Imagine ordering a bowl with no protein in it.. just rice, beans, corn and guac. So disappointing. Hope they get new management soon or something.
I ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son. Last I checked a quesadilla consists of a tortilla wrap folded in half, with melted cheese in the middle. Instead, here is what I got…(just 2 tortillas).It’s always something with this location from messed up orders to never having ingredients. I’ll honestly never give them my business again.
Straight up worst Chipotle. We saw the person before us being served half the size of regular bowl and they were out of chicken and fajita and most of the bowls were empty. This was at 2 PM. When we asked why the quantity is so low the server rolled eyes and said we are running out of food. This is not a soup kitchen, you are charging everyone full price for half the ingredients. Horrible experience.
This location is absolutely filthy. The board of health should pay them a visit. From the grime on every surface, trash underneath the soda machine. The bathroom had feces on the wall. Gross. No complaints about the workers but management and owner’s need to address it. Sorry, not returning.
I would give zero star to this location. Horrible staff and so much attitude. We came here more than 2 hours before close and half of trays were empty. They refused to make it right by adding any extra portion. Instead charged us extra when asked for Queso instead of missing salsa. Please avoid this location. When asked for a manager, they told us to go and complain somewhere else. Horrible and lazy staff!!!
Ordered a burrito, a bowl, and chips and guacamole at 6:32 and the app told us it would be ready at 6:40. We got our food at 7:20 without the chips. I was not told that they were out of chips when I got my order. After realizing there were no chips I went to the man behind the counter who offered just queso as a substitute. Furthermore my order was messed up and I was given the wrong rice. I feel as though we should have at least been offered our money back for the chips especially because of the 40 minute wait. I’d rather eat the fingers off my own hand than come back to this chipotle.

What horrendous service! This is the third time I have have come out if a chipotle ( I personally love the bowls) fuming. They were out of fajitas and wouldn’t tell me before I placed my order for a veggie bowl. On requesting that they let the customers know when they start an order, I was told that availability of fajitas ( that pretty much everyone orders in their bowls) depends on the day.
