It was super busy in there but these people moved that line like I’ve never seen a Chipotle staff do before!Also, I love how the employee had the, ‘these scoops don’t come out of my check’ mentality. Hearty servings of everything.This location is a 10/10!
Came to this location to grab a quick lunch… once again… “systems are down can’t take your order”. These guys need to figure out their glitches… seems to be a theme at chipotles in the area.
I honestly can’t remember the last time they had an online order ready on time. Expect a twenty minute wait at least, even if the restaurant is completely empty.
Excellent food. The staff were really nice and helped me with my order. On problem was that the food was a bit pricey. My daughter and I had dinner and it cost 48 dollars. The salad ingredients were absolutely delicious and fresh and the meat was well done and tasty.
If I could give it a zero star rating I would. Terrible TERRIBLE staff especially the manager, the portions are wayy smaller than any other chipotle and the food is never good. Stay far away from this location.
Staff needs much better training and awareness of their Speed of Service. Waited 25 mins behind only 10 other guests to reach a filthy work station. Because of the seemingly incompetent staff and their dirty prep area, I left without anything as I did not trust the end product. And other locations seem to be suffering from the same issues. Chipotle needs to step it up to what they used to be.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this chipotle is consistently the slowest chipotle I’ve ever visited. I have been here twice and it’s always taken well over 20 minutes to get my food even with almost nobody in line.
The foods quality has gone down over the last 6 months like it’s lacking season/flavor and like the other reviewers mentioned this chipotle refuses to give you the correct portions. Everytime i get a burrito or bowl here now i have to keep asking for extra because if you don’t you’ll walk out with half as much food as you would normally get at any other chipotle. This location needs to start serving the correct amount of food to its customers.
This location has been decent through my recent visits. Never had any issues with my order, the staff or the overall restaurant. It has always been clean and during Covid I have felt safe while they took the proper measures. I have ordered through the app for instore pick up and from the counter. Ordering through the app is easy, fast and convenient for me, my orders have always been ready on time and correct. The same for ordering at the counter, they do a decent job of keeping things moving and it appears they are all well organized to meet the demands. The staff contact I have had has always been friendly and met expectations. Parking at this location is easy with plenty of spaces and easy to access the business from Amherst St. I recommend this location if you are looking for Chipotle.
We ordered on-line. When we went into get our food, all of the take out was behind the counter. Because my husband had no mask on he was told he had to wait outside and call and they would bring the food out. He went out and called. They would not pick up the phone. He went back in (he could see our food behind the counter) and again asked for his food. Was told again he had to go outside and that they would bring it out to him. (Meanwhile people are eating in the restaurant without masks). This location was run by a bunch of teenagers who thought this was funny. Will not return to this location.
