Service and staff has always been bad here but tonight was exceptionally bad. I have been coming to this restaurant since it was casa mezcal and I’m beyond irritated at this point, they make no effort to be better…I have ordered delivery a lot from this place and the food is always cold. I decided to go pick it up and had to wait almost 2hrs because even though I was there and waiting for my food it was given to someone else….
All I'm going to say is if you want a good quasadilla go to El paisano. I have never had a quasadilla made with SLICED AMERICAN CHEESE . Personally not impressed.

We were late diners, a large party. They accomodated us. We were close to if not the only customers there. Food came at an ok time considering the size party but was luke warm to cold. Lots of choices though.
Reevaluate who you have working as security or train them better. A gun should never be pulled on a group of five 21 year olds, over a verbal offense (three boys and two girls). The security guard faced no physical threats and clearly could not make stable decisions with a gun. Numerous people were put in danger over a verbal insult. Do better(Saturday Night 11/13/21 around 11:45pm, front door security)
The food was very good. Service was great.
