Went to go in and the lobby is closed at 6pm. Place has started to go down hill since the lock downs. No-one can get your order correct then refuse to correct the order. If I could give it a zero I would, just went to order breakfast they were out of everything I ordered and I had to wait 10 minutes when I first pulled up to the drive thru speaker.. And most of the people that work there are miserable and take it out on customers.
I always have something missing from order at this particular franchise. The staff is also not at all friendly. I mean they are not entirely happy to serve you, I guess. There are better outlets. At least food taste is good.
Hours.... Mon 6am - 12am... both for business in general AND drive thru. 10:25pm.... closed dining room. Drive thru partially lit up but not apparent that they were open.#1. There's "hey, I showed up.... please be patient"and#2 "we don't really care because no one will fire us unless we skim off the till so MAYBE we're open.... maybe not."Since we're looking at #2 (literally and figuratively), this country really is screwed....
Its Burger King! Food is just fine and the only reason it gets 3 stars is because its a New England location and well lets just say people are friendlier, move faster , and are just nicer and more professional in south!
Got in from a long flight and went to this BK 2 hours before they closed. All lights on, but no one was there except for a passive aggressive note about how "no one wants to work". Maybe not there! Taco Bell, McDonald's, AND Wendy's were all fully staffed.
No employees in sight. I'm a doordasher and I had to wait 15 minutes before I even saw an employee and even then they didn't acknowledge me
Horrible service here, the ladies that was a manager will bag food and know ur standing at counter ready to order and make u wait until she feels like she wants to help you.....10 mins later and I was only waiting for someone's doordash order. Worst service I have ever gotten in my life. Don't bother going here. The owner needs to fire this lady she is rude
I would give it five stars but their service was slow they only cared about drive-thru and not a line of customers at the front counter but once I was served I got a Fresh Off The Grill sandwich and fresh out of the fryer later fries that were nice and hot and perfectly crispy I serviced it would have been a 5-star rating
Worker was rude and the food wasn't labeled whether it was the spicy or normal sandwich so it was hard to figure out which sandwich was which. The food was good but I didn't appreciate the works attitude with us or the other workers.
Sat for 5 minutes in drive thru waiting for someone to answer drive thru.2 employees in dining room and 1 in kitchen.Supposed to be open till 12am! Drove away as did 4 cars.Disappointed.
