I had high hopes for this place, after inviting a girlfriend out to eat and catch up were were disappointed. We had ordered about 50 dollars worth of food for the both of us. From the great reviews and the prices were were expecting that it would be at least decent. However the best thing we ordered was the cauliflower appetizer. The steak we ordered in our tacos was chewy and tasteless. The truffle fries had no truffle flavor. Overall for the price we were just expecting more. I would maybe go again but probably just for the Cauliflower.
First timers here and our experience here was awesome! We wanted to try something different and normally we would not choose a bar type atmosphere but we were pleasantly surprised to see this establishment was much more than a bar. There were several other seating options available including large booths for families or large groups. I would not say that there core menu is "huge", but they do have an assortment or foods and they also have specials each night, so that keeps things interesting. Our food was hot, fresh and incredible delicious. Their salads were so crisp and perfectly dressed. We actually also really enjoyed the parmesan fries which appeared to be their main side for dinner plates. So even though we did not come here to consume any alcohol, this was still a great place for our family to get a nice dinner in a fairly reasonable time frame. We apparently made it in right before dinner and the place filled up quickly after 6. We look forward to coming back in the future to try something new.
First time here, great expansive menu choices for all diet needs and great cocktail menu too! Enjoyed a delish brunch and can't wait to try other meals! Loved the short rib hash, and that veggie stir fry was GREAT!! Comfy booth seats and big bar with nice chairs too. Cheers to another great Nashua restaurant with friendly and efficient service!
We love it here. They are fast and delicious. They are so good with high maintenance gf people like myself. Always good.
Food was outstanding. Drinks were amazing. Service was great I am from Texas and I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere. Must do again next visit!!
I had the best fiddle head and endive salad. Everything is always so fresh. I wish I could eat there every night. The staff are always so nice also. You will definitely want to tip well. They will deserve it.
We ordered take out from here because I had heard that I "had to try the food". I was not impressed with the food however, the service I received from the front of the house was good. It was a busy Saturday night however, the phone at the front was answered promptly with a friendly voice on the other end. Brenda took our order and our special gluten friendly order was executed correctly.
Went there with the family. The food was amazing - cauliflower tacos and short rib tacos specifically, as were the drinks. But the best part was the service - we ended up waiting for 30+ minutes after ordering and finally our server and the host came over to tell us that our order had been lost in the shuffle (short staffed like so many places these days) and that they’d comp the whole thing. Unbelievably kind and unnecessary but certainly appreciated. It was a great lesson all around as the kids were super patient and we explained how things like this happen. We couldn’t be happier to have visited and really appreciate them going above & beyond in a very nice gesture. Will visit again for sure!

Bistro603 has a nice enough atmosphere and good food. I got their burger with truffle fries, the burger was great and the fries were good, though not the most truffley truffle fries I’ve ever had. Bistro603 is a solid choice if you’re in the area.
