Our server was very friendly, helpful and engaging! Both of our pasta dishes were a little shy on the chicken! Fun to watch the chefs work [email protected]

Waited over half an hour after pick up time for 3 pizzas. No communication from the staff or manager. Not impressed. One pizza was either completely forgotten or given to another customer, I only know this from eavesdropping. Probably won’t be returning for pick up in the future.

Not the Bertuccis I know. It’s bad enough that they didn’t have certain items on the menu, they also served the worst Italian food I’ve ever seen. The soup was absolutely ridiculous and very salty. We mentioned it to the waitress who ignored the comment and kept on offering rolls for the trash. We noticed they served us rolls that were laying there when we entered. Not fresh, just reheated. The calzones were so dry and basically a pile of dough with one or two pieces of broccoli in between. Meatballs were cold ( just heated up I presume) and tasteless while the chicken lacked zest and flavor. We should have walked out when we noticed we were almost the only customers in the restaurant. Staff were much more than customers but everything was still lackluster. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. We were visiting from MA but I don’t think that’s how it’s done in NH. Be warned!!

Great brick oven pizza. Customized pizza to your taste is an excellent option. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Will come back for sure.

Bertucci's Corporate put out this "throwback menu/prices" without ensuring their restaurants could handle the turnout. This location had 3 servers. We had reservations for 6:45, arrived about 10 minutes early and did not get seated until 7:50. We were told it was about a 20-30 minuted wait and everyone else we saw standing around waiting also had reservations. There were about 6 or so groups we could see. Seemed reasonable. As it got later and later, I asked for information, was told twice that we were next and then was told that the manager instructed the host to seat other smaller groups first (we had 5) because that was what they had space for. The manager came over to talk to me, I explained my disappointment that we hadn't been given correct information to base our decision to stay or go. In the end we got seated about 5 minutes later and quickly ordered drinks and our food. Food was adequate. I know everyone there were working their butts off, the pizza guys just kept making pizza after pizza. Would I go back? No. Bertucci's corporate you screwed your restaurants....

We had reservations and when we got there we were told it was 30 - 45 mins. We asked about sitting at the bar to wait and the host basically did everything he could to make us go away. He then told the people behind us the same amount of time to wait for a table. I understand that you’re understaffed; however, giving priority to walk-ins ahead of your reservations is very disrespectful, aside from being rude to get your guests to give up their reservations.

It’s unfortunately that I can’t choose a zero star because our experience was absolutely disgusting. We ordered the food through Uber eats, we got it and we were missing two items, they just offered a refund instead giving us the missing items. Even worse, we tried the food that we had and it was disgusting, old, cold and even rotting. We called them again but the were just wanted to give us a refund, not even fresh food or even better an apology. First and last time, I’d never recommend this restaurant.

We visited after lunch time rush. No hostess to seat us. Waiter was very nice. Restaurant was unable to provide full 2nd bowl of soup and decaf coffee. We were disappointed with our experience today as we have previously been very satisfied at different locations of this chain.

The WORST experience Ive ever had in a restaurant. The female manager was beyond rude to both me and her staff. Her floor help lied and stated he was a manager when he wasn't. The food was cold when we got it and we werent offered the bread and oil Bertucci's serves while you wait for your meal. We traveled into Nashua from our visit at the Mall to enjoy dinner. We had two coupons for each meal but they never said a word when we told them we had them. Then at the END of our meal they refused to honor one of them. We were of course shocked so when we complained they lied and blamed it on a computer code that wouldnt allow them to use it. When we attempted to speak with a manager thats when kelvin lied and stated he was a manager. Kelvin then stated he would have our waiter adjust our bill when we rang out but the waiter instead rang up the order WITHOUT the coupon. We spoke to Kelvin AGAIN when we realized he was NOT a manager. After we caught him in his lie, we had to get up and walk to the service bar to speak with the female manager ourselves because she wouldnt lower herself to come to our table. She was extremely dismissive and rude and told us she didnt know what we expected her to do. To make matters worse, the coupon that was used ended up being a half order and we were ignored by the staff and given an attitude for using a coupon right from the start of our meal. We set out to treat ourselves with a budget in mind and we were even mocked by the laughing from Kelvin and the female manager as we left. She is a thinner lady with long dark hair and a dark spray tan. I recommend if you want food and your drinks not to be watered down or cheated out of the "deals" Bertucci's offers that you drive to Manchester to enijoy THAT Berticci's. Manchester isn't rationing the portions to half of what you see on the menu and they will treat you with respect and your food will come to your table hot and free of the staff DNA from not washing their hands. The Nashua Bertucci's is as low on the restaurant scale as you can get in that city. Save your money. Ive never in my life had to write a BAD review on a restaurant.

the food was good, and the service was good, the restrooms were clean
