I buy these rolls a lot. Its so quick and healthy. Its as good as any restaurant!
I saw the amazing reviews, so I decided to get a gorilla sushi roll and chicken ramen. I have never had chicken that didn't taste like chicken, have the consistency or texture of chicken, it was slimy, pink in color and rubbery. When I chewed it, It was very chewy, I took my leftovers home and thought maybe If I tried to cook it on the stove it would dry it up a bit more and have a better texture, it didn't. I had my boyfriend try it and he also said not to eat it. However, I am still giving it an average rating because my sushi roll was amazing, 10/10 but I will not eat here again because of this experience.
We've purchased takeout a few times since we moved into the area and wanted to review before I forgot. Good stuff! Sushi is fresh, tasty and not highly priced. We have not eaten inside but everytime we pick up, they're busy. The Alligator role us fantastic, spicy tuna and their salmon roles pretty good. A definite plus in the area
3 of us went here for lunch, ordered many different things from the menu. Crazy Dragon roll, Nabeyaki Udon, teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken bento box, 3 roll lunch special, gyoza and spring rolls. Out of all that food, the only thing that was good was the dragon roll. The other sushi was decent but nothing special. The rest of our order was completely bland. I was so disappointed after reading so many great reviews on TA. Service was very bland too, pretty sure she didn’t want to be there.
I have eaten Sushi all over the US and this place is some of the best. Creative with great service and nice to see they are now open again for dining in. Among my favorite are Salmon Jalapeno (a fantastic appetizer. The salad dressing is delicious as well as their miso soup. The special rolls are excellent including the New England Maki. Great place with wonderful service.
I love how friendly the people behind the counter are. Don't see what you want and they will make it for you. For grocery store sushi, it's pretty good
I now try to get here once a week for my Sushi fix. The help here is fantastic, the food is fresh and delicious and I see a lot of regulars now that think like I do. The salad dressing is the best ginger dressing at any restaurant but for true taste my favorite dishes are Salmon Jalapeno appetizer and The New England Maki.
Takeout, error made with our order, corrected immediately. Service, a-okay. The Mr got Yaki Udon Noodle, a pan fried thick noodle with chicken. The flavor was beautiful, the noodles, a little oily, but tasty. I got shrimp tempora dinner. Miso soup, not my thing, went to the Mr, who loved it. Rice, perfect, salad, love that dressing. Tempora, slightly soggy, I suspect due to takeout traveling home in an enclosed styrofoam container. Needed a little salt but otherwise okay. A generous serving of 5 shrimp. I'll be back to try a shrimp tempora bento lunch, to see if it's crispier without traveling as a takeout. Both of our meals were more than one could eat. Stopped in on a business acquaintance years back on my way to lunch, "Eat with me, I got takeout.". The shrimp tempora was incredible but business conversation flowed, and I've been in search of the origin of it ever since. Still looking.
While visiting New Hampshire, a local took us here and her raves were not unfounded. The place was busy on a weekend but the service was still friendly and efficient. The three of us had sushi, chicken tempura and beef teriyaki, and all were yummy. The house cabernet was alright but nothing special. Will go back next time I'm in Nashua.
I went with my family here for lunch. They have a lunch special where you can select 2 or 3 rolls and it comes with soup or salad. The rolls have to be different, you can't get two of the same. Well my son wanted two california rolls. "Sorry we can't do that". Huh? "Maybe someone else in your party can order and then you can switch" Really? Well his sister also wants two California rolls. "Sorry we cannot accept that order". um, okay. So I didn't let that nonsense completely ruin the meal. I also had the chirashi sushi which was not a good chirashi- sashimi on a plate next to a pile of rice does not a chirashi make.
