Stopped in for a quick to go order and the staff was awesome. They were quick with our order and allowed us to pick our individual items that made up our fantastic burritos. We were in and out very quickly with our hot, made to order, meal. We will return for lunch next time. Highly recommended.
I was pleasantly surprised. I am from California visiting family for the week. Took a chance on this place and was shocked at how good is!!! I got the steak burrito with rice, black beans, onions, cilantro, and hot salsa. The meat was flavored well. Had a great flavor. Was tender. The flavors of burrito complimented each other so well. I also had a carnitas taco and it was so juicy and full of flavor. This place was better than a lot of Mexican places I’ve tried in California. I grew up eating Mexican and am Mexican. This food is good.
Truly excellent burritos and tacos. Authentic home style taste made to order. Don’t walk, run to this joint!
The place itself is nice but nothing fancy. The food was awesome though. We got a couple of bowls, one shrimp and one chicken. It's cool the way you get to build the bowl and we kept loading the bowls up. They were delicious.
It was good. Going back in the future when I start craving for more Birria tacos.
I really wanted to like this place but I went twice and it was mediocre. The second time was even worse. I ordered carne asada fries, the first time they put normal shredded cheese on them like you're supposed to, the second time they put milky watery queso dip on my fries making them soggy and inedible. The taco shells are so soggy that they fall apart in your hands and make it extremely challenging to eat them. I will not be returning to this location.
A friend of mine recommended Baja Tacos after trying their birria tacos. She spoke so highly of her experience that I had to give it a shot. Hands down, the absolute best Mexican food I have had in Nashua! My family and I, trusting in her rave review, decided to try a little bit of everything. We bought birria tacos, carnitas burritos, chicken quesadillas, and chips con queso. Everything was so fresh and flavorful that we just kept passing food around and sampling each other’s plates. Needless to say, the very next morning I woke up wanting to make a second trip there. Instead, I’ve planned a lunch with friends to share the experience with. HIGHLY recommended! This review is specific to their food. I ordered it as takeout so I didn’t get to experience their service, but if they take as much pride in their service as they do in their food, then you can’t go wrong trying them out!

My daughter and I stopped in for an eat in dinner. I had the the chicken burrito and a strawberry margarita. And she had the carnitas burrito with a classic margarita. We agree that everything was fantastic! The food was fresh and flavorful, the drinks were refreshing and delicious! (The guacamole was seriously good!) The restaurant itself was clean and had good lighting and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and we anticipate going back frequently.
You might be tempted to drive down the road to Chipotle, but doing so would be a mistake. Baja Taco has better more generous portions, a friendly staff and less of a line, plus cilantro has not already been added to all sides and is available as an add on. So good will be going regularly.
