Trashy service, it’s literally 6 and they refuse to make the pretzel I ordered. Most of the people that work here hate their job and it shows.
They don't make them like they used to. I used to love the pretzels but it's just overpriced garbage now. Last time I went there were 3 people working. They all looked dirty... No one is wearing gloves. The cashier is handling money and food at the same time. After all this, the pretzels weren't even fresh or warm at all since they make so many just to sit in the window until someone buys them, which could be hours. It's a very different experience than what I remember from going years ago. This was enough for me to know I will not come back and waste my money here.Try the pretzel sticks at the establishment in Chelmsford. They're amazing soft and fresh and the cheese dip is even more amazing.
Love this place! Although they had no smoothies when I went, they still had the hot dog pretzels;)
Couldn't take special requests due to being short staffed. Opened 10 minutes late. The last time I went the kid at the counter was busy talking to his friends but couldnt take orders because they didn't open for 3 minutes. Just don't even try to go here.
The pretzels are good but the customer service is terrible. The older man working there is annoyed when you order and jumps down your throat when you ask a question.
Always closes over an hour early at least.
The pretzels there are my favorite but the same woman at the register always gets my order wrong. Every single time
